4 flights of stairs, no elevator, anyone with limited physical abilities may have problems. Issue with ants getting into food on the counter. One chair on roof top was unstable and collapsed. Loved the outdoor pool and easy access to beach. Need more trash bags and toilet paper. Rug on second floor by kitchen sitting area was flimsy and a tripping hazard. All considered -still a fun trip. Unit and property very well maintained - very few issues.

Beautiful home with large bedrooms. Short walk to beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again. The pool area was very nice but the pool in July was very warm in the afternoons. Felt more like a hot tub but breeze at the beach and by the pool was very nice. Beautiful beach and clear water. Very nice neighborhood and the house has two bikes that we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood and it also has a golf cart that came in very handy.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Destin. Our group included three families with four kids, and the layout was ideal. Each family had its own floor, providing privacy while still offering great spaces to gather.The neighborhood was fantastic. The kids loved riding bikes, and the golf cart made trips to the beach effortless. The beach was even closer than expected—we could be there in about a minute.The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained, and communication with the host was excellent.We experienced a couple of power outages that made the house warm for a few hours, but that was outside the host’s control and did not diminish our stay.A standout feature was the terrace, which became our favorite evening gathering spot for relaxing, playing games, and making family memories. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and set up for our group of 11. The bunk room with all queen beds made it very comfortable for my guys all over 6 feet tall. Perfect amount of bathrooms and the rooftop was amazing at night. Comfortable, convenient, and perfect weather made it an epic trip. Host was available at all times.

The rental home was adequate for our needs. The space served its purpose and was clean and spacious. Having full baths for each room was a big bonus for us. We stayed a week and had family in and out of the house. The house is a close walk to the beautiful shores of Destin.

The location was fantastic and was the biggest positive note. The gated community provided exclusivity and the private beach access was far nicer than having to fight for space on the public beaches. The house had everything we needed and had tons of space for our two families (4 adults, 7 kids) to cohabitate comfortably. The house slightly dated and worn in comparison to some of the others in the neighborhood, but was still quite nice. The biggest potential negative to point out that may affect others when booking is the occupancy level. The listing shows “sleeps 18”. Although this is true in regards to the number of beds, the house occupancy level is 14. If you really want to be picky, the property name is a little deceptive. “Ocean Views” only has a small view of the ocean from the rooftop when looking over other rooftops. That said, the sunset view on the other side is fabulous and a great end to a fun filled day.

The location and layout of this property have a lot of potential, but unfortunately, there were enough maintenance and communication issues that we can’t give it a higher rating.Pros: Short walk to the beach, golf cart access, and every bedroom having its own full bathroom were all great features.Issues: The garage door opener button in the garage didn’t work, the front door code never worked despite being “reset,” and batteries were missing from almost all TV remotes. Curtain rods fell from the wall and hit one of our guests in the head. A bathroom light fixture fell from the ceiling while a minor was in the room. The ceiling fans had a thick layer of dust and couldn’t be used without spreading dust onto the beds. Floors were dirty, our crawling baby’s knees and tops of feet turned black from being on the floor playing, toilet paper holders were broken. The dishwasher leaked, the ice maker barely worked, and the dryer required about three cycles to dry clothes. Outlets couldn’t reliably run a hairdryer/curling iron. There were also no baking sheets or grilling utensils.Maintenance had to enter the home 3 separate times. Because we weren’t comfortable leaving our belongings with a stranger, someone had to stay behind each time and miss family time.Finally, the HOA/private beach rules were not communicated until it was too late to cancel and aren’t included in the property description. The private beach has significant restrictions on allowed equipment.

Everything was great! The property and neighborhood are wonderful. The garage door needs repair, but this really wasn't much of an issue. It was easy to lift up and down to get the golf cart out.

We enjoyed the house. The size of the house made it very comfortable for my family.We had a few issues which we reported. A big plus is the golf cart!

Great gone- very big and clean. The private neighborhood is a nice feature- beach was clean and walkable. The location was no further than 20 mins away from most things. The rooftop deck is away especially at night once it’s cooled down.

Great house - perfect location

We’ve done multiple different spots over the years in Destin but this location was the best so far. Private neighborhood and beach were well maintained and getting to the actual private beach from house is 2 minutes via walking at most. House was clean and the layout worked well for a large family of 8.

Beach palace

For a group who travels around America, this is by far one of the best houses we have stayed at yet. Location is in a gated neighborhood right on the beach with friendly neighbors. Beach is quiet and relaxing. The house was very comfortable and we had plenty of room. The roof top was a great feature and nice when the sun was out. Location of the house is 10 min away from any restaurant you want to go to

more than expected

Got to town early, was able to check in early, comfortably slept 6 adults and 7 kids, golf cart made store trips so easy, literally just over a short block to ocean, beach is full of cool wild life, kids will remember this forever, will definitely come back to this same gated community
