Welcome to Mont Moderne, where contemporary design meets mountain charm! This welcoming home is nestled in the desirable lower Moonridge area, providing easy access to ski resorts, the lake, hiking trails, shopping, and restaurants.

Indulge in the great outdoors right from our expansive deck, and relax in the beautifully landscaped and enclosed yard. Our home is thoughtfully crafted with your enjoyment, comfort, and family needs at its heart. Packed with modern conveniences, including a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options, it's perfect for both relaxation and play. Plus, if you're working remotely, our high-speed WIFI and workspace create an ideal setting for your remote work lifestyle.

UPSTAIRS:

Our home features an inviting open reverse floor plan, complete with soaring vaulted ceilings. Upstairs, a spacious living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a convenient half-bath all lead to an expansive deck with ample seating.

Step into our cozy living room, where two comfortable sofas beckon, with one easily transforming into a plush queen-size bed boasting a memory foam mattress. For those moments of relaxation, discover two modern leather armchairs accompanied by ottomans, providing an ideal setting to unwind in the tranquil atmosphere.

Entertainment aficionados are in for a treat with our impressive 75-inch ROKU TV and LG sound bar, creating an immersive viewing experience for your enjoyment. After your day of adventure at the nearby lake or slopes, gather your family for quality time, bonding over our curated collection of games and puzzles. Stay connected with our 500 Mbps high-speed internet.

For the culinary enthusiasts, our fully-equipped, updated kitchen invites you to unleash your inner chef. In the kitchen, you'll find a range of amenities to inspire your culinary adventures, including an Air Fryer with Silicon inserts, a Ninja blender, and a fully stocked coffee bar for your morning brew. This tranquil retreat features a sumptuous King Bed, thoughtfully complemented by a 50" smart TV w/ROKU, a gentle ceiling fan, reading lamps for those peaceful moments, and room-darkening curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep, creating an ambiance that combines comfort with sophistication. Plus, for those who seek relaxation through yoga, our bedroom comes equipped with Peloton yoga equipment, adding an extra layer of wellness and tranquility to your stay. And when it's time to unwind, the ensuite bathroom offers a luxurious soaking tub, completing your oasis of serenity.

The second bedroom is a cozy haven designed for your comfort and convenience. It boasts two full beds, each equipped with memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms are well-appointed to enhance your comfort and convenience. Mont Moderne is located minutes from Bear Mountain Resort, Snow Summit Resort, Big Bear Lake, Bear Mountain Golf Course, Alpine Zoo, The Village at Big Bear Lake, and the San Bernardino National Forest. There are many seasonal activities close by for family enjoyment.

This entire house is exclusively yours during your stay, providing you with uninterrupted relaxation and comfort. Feel free to unwind and make yourself truly at home.

Moonridge

Free Big Bear Trolley:

Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.

Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.

Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.

Parking Instructions:
You can park 3 cars maximum on the flat driveway. There is room to park side by side. Park in the driveway only. Please do not park on the street or in front of other homes.

LOCAL BUGS and WILDLIFE
Please note that due to our location in the mountains, it's possible to encounter local bugs and wildlife during your stay.

NO PETS ALLOWED
Our home is not suitable for pets. Guests will charged an additional $500 cleaning fee and fined $1000 for unauthorized pets.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the quiet time after 10 PM.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - HOT TUB USAGE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Use hot tub at your own risk. If any contamination is found in the spa, it will result in an automatic $125 dump and refill charge. No jumping, diving, or rough play near the hot tub area. No glass can be around the hot tub. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10 pm). No intoxicated persons may use the hot tub. ( As of May 16th, the hot tub is currently not available)


To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported.
