Monica is incredibly sweet. I live in the country and found check in difficult but once we got in the apartment it was perfect. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the fact that it just smelled clean not overly scented with febreeze and plug ins. I was in town for my mom’s open heart surgery and will probably be staying here again before it’s all over. The location is excellent for the medical centers.

Gorgeous and great price

This apartment is very clean and exactly what is in the pictures. The patio was super relaxing and check in process was very well explained. Host was quick to respond to messages.Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the private outdoor patio with a view of the pool. The apartment has a great floor plan and the kitchen is well equipped. Every detail has been thought of. It’s a perfect location if you’re in town to visit the medical district.

Location!

The location was perfect as we have family and friends nearby. The pictures show the property just as it is. Monica was very attentive, even bringing us a new coffee maker when the one in the unit broke!

The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through holiday inn access point.

Houston Trip

My husband had a surgery at Houston Medical Center. This was the perfect place to stay. Great communication, detailed instruction, very clean, super secure, and cozy apartment with parking available in a parking garage. I wish we had time to swim. I would definitely stay her again. Perfect for a couple. Thank you.

The property needed much maintenance. The door from bedroom to the bathroom was falling off the hinges. The kitchen undercounter lights needed to be replaced. The window blinds were broken and missing blinds. Transferring luggage to the apartment from the curb and from the 6th floor guest parking section was a real hassel. The building had broken security doors including the exit from the parking garage (held permanently open by a cieling strap). The owner should invest money on the maintenance issues of her unit to keep it in tip-top shape for guests. Otherwise, it leaves one with the feeling that they are in it only for the money. We ended up only staying one night....

Thank you for your review. The apartment complex is currently upgrading their lock system. The timing of the conversion affected your stay and my apologies for that. The unit has been fully serviced and I am grateful for your input. We have a professional cleaning service that comes after each stay to clean and we also close the unit at regular intervals to service the room. Most maintenance is handled by the apartment complex and can be completed very quickly pending their schedule but often as soon as the same day or following day. The room is again in tip top shape and ready to provide a space of comfort and rest. We encourage every guest, and I’m sure every host would agree, to inform us if there is an issue. Some things get overlooked and it’s not necessarily intentional just not known. I am always happy to respond to guest reports and requests to ensure a enjoyable stay. I pray you have a memorable holiday season with your loved ones.

We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as advertised. The pool is very nice. Accessing the property felt a little overwhelming with needing a code for a key/lock box, a code to get in garage, and an App to open building doors. Once we got it all figured out, it was fine the rest of the stay. We had a couple of minor issues with apartment complex (out of Monica's control), but Monica was very communicative and helpful in getting them resolved.
