Our stay

It was a super easy check in. But once we walked in it had a very odd smell. An annoying smell we couldn’t figure out the smell. We bought candles. We are a family of 3 and they only give you 4 towels for a week stay. I had to ask for more towels they dropped off 2 more while we were out. The air conditioner kept freezing and not running properly. We had it set at 70 degrees. The bed was super comfortable.

Great place to stay!

We were here to watch our grandson play baseball at Daikin Park. This location made it easy to get to the park. We enjoyed the ponds and the quietness. Very nice place.

Great location with access to Texas Medical Center

This 2 bedroom unit is quite nice for two couples as the bedrooms are on either side of the unit. We had some initial issues with the plumbing/hot water and lighting, but the property manager was very responsive and they were corrected promptly. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking can be a bit of an issue for two cars as most spaces are assigned. Overall, I good place to stay if needing something in proximity to Texas Medical Center and MDAnderson.

Beautiful Place!

Beautiful! Very clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. My complaints are the parking. I had to park a ways from the door and had quite a few bags., parking lot was always full.also bedroom by the door, you can hear people in the breezeway conversations in the middle of the night but hey its an apartment. The owners communication was superb, she did not leave out one detail. Overall my stay was top tier and closeby to almost everything, Im satisfied noisy neighbors,

Great stay

The apartment isn’t “new” but it appears to have been re-done recently. It’s very clean and well appointed for a weekend stay. I like that it was behind a gate. Would stay again.

Business stay

Noisy neighbor (5am) so had trouble sleeping . Bed was super comfortable but building was wood construction so you can hear people walking heavy and pacing. Check in and check out was easy . Ground floor made for easy in and out but property is older and dated.

Hospital stay

I cannot say enough great things about this vacation rental. My family mostly stayed there at night since I had a hospital stay. The owner was easily accessible via cell. I plan on using them again for my next surgery. They go above and beyond on all aspects.

Great home base for Rice move in

Perfect spot for moving our son into Rice university- about 8 minutes away. Everything was as described, clean and everything we needed was provided. Very helpful to have the two master suites and washer/dryer.

Best stay ever!

This was a great home base for us during my husband's treatment at MD Anderson. It was close to the hospital but also it felt like home. The pond and palm trees were beautiful! It was very dog friendly as there is lots of grass and even a dog play area! Lilly was very helpful. She is a pleasure to work with! This was the perfect place for our family during a personally challenging time.

This place just works!

This was the best location for our needs - Med Center, Meyerland, Pearland and U of H. Check-in directions were spot on. Layout of the place was perfect for different adults. Each bedroom had its own bath and each bedroom was on opposite sides of the kitchen and living room. And check out was simple too - she didn't ask for the renters to do anything out of the ordinary before leaving. Will def rent with her again next time in Houston! Thank you Lilly!

Everything We Needed and More

Host was super communicative and property was lovely, inside and out. Unit is located in a apartment/condo type community. Everyone we met during our stay there was so friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the spacious rooms and kitchen amenities. Property is super close to many things and a good home base to explore Houston, attend a game or just relax. Clean, updated and parking was good. We always found a spot close to the unit. Towels were super fluffy!

Felt like home

On every trip my wife has to check for cleanliness before the bags even hit the floor. The kids and I waited by the door with anticipation as she conducted her thorough inspection. After what seemed like an eternity see reappears in the main quarters. She gives a nod of approval. The kids and I leap with excitement! This was my wife's highest approval rating to date! The apartment was welcoming and the area was quiet. Very comforting after a long day of activities. Overall I was very satisfied. When we plan our next trip to Houston we know we already have a ideal place to call home. At least for a little while

Wonderful location and well maintained apartment

This may not be the closest listing for Houston's hospitals (30 minute walk) but I'd argue it's a fantastic value! Check in was easy, communication was quick and prompt, and the apartment is above reproach. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I have nothing negative to say because the details were all positive!
