Stay was great the location was great for the activities we did everything we needed was about 15 to 20 minutes away the instructions on how to obtain the key could be twerked but over all it's a great place great price for the nights we stayed I give it an 8.5 for overall stay I would do it again Thank you

Not as expected

A few items you may look for that they do not have: hair dryer, kitchen washcloths (only sponges), no laundry detergent, no shampoo/conditioner.I can forgive not having the above items. We really enjoyed the common area with the gym, pool table, shuffleboard table, and tvs. This was the nicest part! It would be nice if there was a map in the apt. To show how to get to pool and the common area.Pool seemed nice, but was too cold to swim when we were there. Hot tub was just as cold. I’m not sure if it was broken or do they not heat it?If you want to get your steps in, this is the place for you! I enjoy walking so it was fine for us.Walking distance to NRG stadium.I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. The bathroom had hair in the drawer, rusty vents and rusty soap holder/mirror in bathroom. Oven was dirty outside and in. Patio was dirty and furniture was tore up. Coffee table in living room is all scratched up. Flower decor was super dusty. I emptied kitchen drawers to wash items because there was crumbs in the drawers and some utensils were dirty. Decorative plate sitting out had crusted food on it. I may have reviewed this better than I should have.

Great comfy place

To start of Ugo was very easy to deal with, he was very quick responding to any concerns or questions. The location was ideal for anyone looking for NGR stadium events, literally 4 blocks away! I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near NGR stadium. Tall sealing, 1 bed , I couldn’t have had it any other way for the price and the location. Over all phenomenal

It was overall okay

The first thing I would like to note is the property is definitely not a "pool view". I did kind of want an interior room so that bothered me a little, but it was okay. I liked the property. It felt pretty safe. Gated parking garage. Close proximity to the livestock show we were there for. We walked there every day. It was about a 15 minute walk. Much better than trying to fight traffic to park. This was kind of a last minute booking for us. We weren't sure what week we were going to be there. The host was very accommodating and answered quickly when I had a question. Friendly and helpful. We did have to ask for sheets the first night for my son. I thought that was a little odd since I made sure to put 3 guests in my booking. The host said they could see if their cleaning crew could bring by some sheets for the air mattress, but we were not going to be at the property and I didn't want them to come while we were not there. My son used the throw blanket to sleep with instead. We also asked about the wifi password and he was very quick to reply and helpful. The room was nice. It had a modern feel, but has been lacking some upkeep. The grout in the shower could use a power scrub. The bed is in the bedroom is about a foot and a half off the ground, so pretty short. The mattress was fairly comfortable. Check out was easy enough. Some properties have a long list so it was nice that there was not a whole lot to do.

We had a nice stay in this spacious apartment. Close to the medical center. Owner was very responsive to any questions and needs and was able to extend our stay when requested.

A very homey place.

We stayed about 2.5 month for my daughter's treatment, very comfortable and homey, close to everywhere, host was very nice offered a discount to save our longstay expenses.Any needs or questions are responded to very quickly.

Great Quiet place

Property was nice for a short stay. Little tricky locating the pool and exercise room but once found they were great. Easy access to food places and grocery stores. Easy to get to points around Houston.

Perfect Baecation Home

This home was perfect for my partner and I. It was spacious and very clean. The building layout was nice and the neighbors are super helpful & friendly. The kitchen had limited items, so we did have to purchase extra things like pans and foil. Tide pods & cascade pods where purchased as well. We loved the overall location of this apartment. We had no issues navigating around and we went to TLH, which was 13 mins away. Maps to the community room, pool, and garage gate were on the side of the fridge. Overall, I’m satisfied with my whole entire stay, & we will definitely be booking here again.

Awesome location for stock show.

This was a great place. We came for the stock show and walked there everyday. There were food place close, drug store, grocery store--just a great location. Never felt uneasy walking and the parking garage and apartment complex was gated. Great place to stay and will hopefully stay again next year if not before. Our landlord was great and very helpful.

Okay Stay, Good Location. Inaccurate Description of Property.

Property was okay. There was an incident with a roach and there is an ant problem. I won’t say the roach is from the cleanliness of the host, but more so because of how the building handles their trash. There was also very little cleaning supplies and only the basic necessities are provided. I expected more I guess based on previous stays through Vrbo. Expect no more than what would come with a hotel. There is no view.. and that was disappointing. No pool either nor workout room, at least from what we were able to find while exploring the property.

This was a great place. Great location. Short walk to the Metrorail. Nice amenities, although we didn’t have time to use them. Would definitely stay again.
