Experience the best that Vail has to offer from the comfort of our luxury townhome. The property was fully remodeled in 2020 with high-end, designer features, exquisite details, and a gourmet chef's kitchen. No aspect of the home was left unaddressed and everything you could need for your Vail vacation will be provided.

The property is on the north or sunny side of the valley, directly across from Lionshead with a panoramic wall of windows facing south, providing a perfect view of the mountain. In the fall, watch the aspen leaves turn from green to gold. In the winter, watch the snow cats grooming the slopes at night or pick out your favorite runs during the day. Our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience and elegance from which to enjoy the Vail Valley.

We are located in the exclusive Potato Patch Club complex, which is a short four-minute drive (1.5 miles) or 20-minute walk (0.9 miles) to the Lionshead or Vail Village parking structures. The Potato Patch Club is also on the free town of Vail Sandstone bus line that can whisk you directly to and from the mountain. There is a bus stop right outside the complex.

The townhome has four ensuite bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds, hotel grade linens, a streaming flatscreen television and more storage than you could possibly use. Our home readily and comfortably accommodates four couples or up to 10 people. There is an adjustable Nest thermostat in every bedroom as well as three on the main level and one in the garage.

The home is comprised of three floors with a fully open living room, dining room and kitchen on the main level. For your entertainment, we just installed a 77" Sony OLED television and Sonos sound system from which you can stream your favorite programing. We have blazing fast internet everywhere in the townhome.

We have a one car garage and there is ample surface parking at the complex for other vehicles. Our deck looks across the valley at the mountain. There is a private hot tub on the deck as well as a propane gas grill. We also have a stone patio (with a snow melt system) with a propane firepit, a perfect place to enjoy a cool evening with your favorite beverage.

You will be hard pressed to find a more perfect place from which to explore the Vail Valley any time of year. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking, fishing, tennis, swimming, golf and more in the summer in addition to the world class skiing in the winter for which Vail is so well-known.
