Nestled atop a hill, this contemporary architectural gem offers breathtaking vistas of the scenic Vail Valley. Welcome to Radiance Retreat, an elegant four-bedroom home situated in the prestigious Potato Patch neighborhood, just moments away from the renowned slopes of Vail Resort.
Step through the front entrance and descend a few steps into the luminous great room, which seamlessly connects to a deck overlooking the valley and ski area.
With its serene blend of gray and white hues, and stylish glass and metal accents, the entire home exudes a tranquil ambiance, perfect for enjoying quality moments with loved ones.
At the heart of the main living area, a magnificent stone fireplace serves as the focal point, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances and a pristine white marbled island with seating for five, making it a culinary haven. The adjacent dining area accommodates up to 10 guests, while the outdoor deck, complete with a grill and seating, offers a stunning backdrop of the valley below.
Retreat to the seclusion of the upper-level primary suite, featuring its private heated deck, a sanctuary to unwind and take in the picturesque surroundings. The ensuite bathroom provides a double vanity and a separate tub and shower, adding a touch of luxury to everyday living.
On the lower level, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including two king bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of twins, each equipped with its own ensuite bathroom. The lower level is completed by a family room that opens onto a deck leading to the hot tub, offering yet another space to relax and savor the natural beauty of the surroundings.
