Your Alpine retreat can be found tucked along the Vail Golf Course. This townhome is in a private and quiet neighborhood. Its location may feel worlds away from the busy town center of Vail but getting to Vail and Lionshead villages is a breeze! The free Town of Vail bus stop is mere steps from front door. A short ride will whisk you away to world-class skiing, hiking and biking plus incredible restaurants and entertainment.
This home invites families and groups to spend time together in the main floor's open concept gathering space. There are two sitting areas and a natural hearth with a gas fireplace to warm up on winter days. Adjacent is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and wet bar which open to the living room, making socializing with the group seamless.
This townhome offers large rooms with landscape windows that capture the natural surroundings of this scenic Colorado escape. The three bedrooms on the top floor feature vaulted ceilings while the lower floor bedroom offers a cozy and private space with en suite bathroom. Up to 8 guests are comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms.
The convenient garage saves you from clearing off snow in the winter and provides a safe and secure location to store skis, bikes and gear any time. Please note one garage stall is available for guest use; the other is reserved for owner storage. Two outdoor parking spaces are available as well. A spacious deck offers a quiet and private spot to enjoy the outdoors during the warmer months.
Guests have access to the outdoor swimming pool located next to the Fallridge building, a 3 minute walk from the home.
This property gladly accepts long term rentals.
Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. If you do not receive your rental agreement email within 24 hours of reserving the property, please contact Vail Butler directly. 970-456-1521.
