Vail Trails East is situated in the heart of Vail Village, nestled in an exclusive enclave on the banks of Gore Creek, a short walk (0.2 miles) to Gondola One or Golden Peak. A recent âdown to the studsâ renovation combined two units into one three-floor townhouse offering creek views to the North from a furnished patio and village/mountain views to the South from a private balcony. This mountain retreat quietly boasts brand new âŠeverything. A foyer with plenty of storage for gear opens into an elegant, light-filled living space accented with rustic wood ceiling beams. A granite stone hearth with inset gas fireplace anchors the living area surrounded by a state-of-the-art entertainment system and warm modern furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is accoutered with a Wolf six-burner range and Sub-Zero appliances and connects to a dining area seating 8+ at a plush leather banquette. Upstairs there are two large guest suites both with ensuite bathrooms. A lighted staircase leads down to the lower level which has two more bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional living space with home theater and kitchenette (beverage fridge, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave).
