This newly renovated apartment is now ready for holiday rental in SELWO, Costa Del Sol. Comfortable bright Scandinavian design to assure cozy and relaxing holidays.
Located in Urb. "La Resina Golf" next to Selwo safari park, you find this modern apartment facing south with direct view to the sea. Cosisting of 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to large terrace, as well as 2 additional guest rooms facing the mountains with beautiful sunsets over the safari park.
The space
Enjoy Casa Resina in tropical relaxing surroundings, next to Safari park & Golf, and away from the buzz and stress. There is a large double terrace overlooking the sea, which you access directly from the living room or the master bedroom. The terrace is very private, on a corner, with views of the Selwo hills and beautiful mountains. The apartment has just been renovated and newly furnished, with all new electrodomestics as well. The apartment is modern, clean, bright, with marble floors, built-in closets in all rooms, aircondition and double glazed windows.

The urbanization is very quite and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful gardens and 2 swimming pools of which one is facing the mountains & forrest, and the other is facing the sea.

The neighbourhood is calm and up hill with great views, next to Resina Golf Country Club as well as SELWO zoo. 7min drive down the hill you find the beach and great restaurants such as Sonora Beach Club, Tikitano, Trocadero, Anantara Villa Padierna Palace, Puerto Banus, Puente Romano, and many more.
