This beautiful, spacious and newly refurbished 3 bed apartment is located in a fantastic and sought after development close to Puerto Banus, San Pedro, Estepona and many amenities.
Perfect for families (with or without kids) & Golfers with so many amazing courses close by.
The ground floor south-facing apartment is bright, airy and boasts a
huge terrace, stunning pool which opens onto beautifully gardens with palm trees.

The space
This spacious, light-filled 135 sq metre ground floor apartment with marble
flooring throughout has three large bedrooms with plenty of storage space, a generous living area, a separate kitchen, a laundry room and two bathrooms, as well as a huge south-facing terrace. It is modern, stylish and immaculately kept.
The living room and each of the three bedrooms are equipped with large
smart TVs and firesticks for access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, complimentary IPTV (thousands of TV channels, movies and series). The recently installed fibre WIFI can support over 10 devices throughout the apartment and the 30 sq metre terrace.
There is air conditioning/heating throughout and apartment and electric
shutters to keep the space cool during the warmer weather.
The apartment is south-facing which means the expansive terrace is bathed
in sun from early morning until dusk.
The large living room/dining room features an extremely comfortable L-
shaped recliner sofa, a dining table and chairs, smart TV and coffee table. Itâs the perfect area to chill out and relax after a day on the golf course or in the sun.
The bright, spacious master bedroom has a double bed with sliding glass
doors leading directly out to the terrace facing the beautiful gardens, palm
trees and pool. It has a beautiful en-suite bathroom and dressing room with
large wardrobe containing a safe to keep valuables during your stay. It has a
large smart TV with a firestick.
Twin Bedroom 1
This relaxing room has two single beds which can be pushed together to
make a double, a large wardrobe, smart TV with firestick and sliding doors
that open onto a private terrace.
Twin Bedroom 2
This stylish room has two single beds, a large wardrobe, smart TV with
firestick and a window facing onto the sunny terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time
away including a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all utensils. A separate laundry room off the kitchen has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A clothes airer is provided for drying clothes outside in the fresh sunny air.
The luxurious master bedroom en-suite is marble-tiled throughout, features
double sinks backed by a mirrored wall, bath, shower and bidet.
The main bathroom is also fully tiled and equipped with a bath, shower and
bidet.
There is no doubt that the main selling point of this apartment is its massive,
south-facing terrace, facing onto the beautiful gardens and seconds from the pool. There is a large table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a brand new gas barbecue for your use. You can relax during the day or in the evening on the comfortable rattan sofa and arm chairs which are shaded by a huge umbrella. Electric canopies provide shade for the warmer days so visitors can enjoy the all day long sunshine in comfort. There is a sun lounger for those who wish to lie out on the terrace to top up their tan.
The bustling town of San Pedro, the jet set haunt of
Puerto Banus and stylish Marbella are also only short drives away.
There are a large selection of supermarkets a short drive from the apartment
including the huge newly renovated Mercadona (great choice and value),
Aldi, Lidl and Carrefore.
There are a number of beaches, restaurants, takeaways and bars close by, and an extensive selection within a short drive away (see visitor pack in apartment for details).
The beautiful Andalusian town of Estepona with its stunning promenade,
beaches, quaint streets and plazas, bars, restaurants and shops is less than
a ten minute drive away.
This apartment is the idea venue for those looking for a relaxing retreat, a
golfing trip or a family holiday away from the mayhem of some of the busier
spots on the coast, while easily accessible to all. It is not suitable for hen or
stag parties.
There are paddle tennis courts in the complex also.
This tranquil secluded development is set in a gated complex with 24-hour
security and CCTV, and complimentary car parking available on site. The
owners of the apartments are a mix of nationalities, and they are both
permanent and holiday homes. The complex is extremely well managed and the community is very friendly.
Guest access
The pool is fresh water, equipped with ample complimentary sunbeds and bamboo umbrellas for you to unwind and relax. The pool is manned by lifeguards in the summer months.
There is a paddle court which can be used free of charge. Free private parking is also included
