Some guests like to plan multi family reunions or vacations and use both houses to share amenities but also have their own private spaces when attending weddings, special events or just creating family memories on a vacatiom getaway. My brother and I or my best friend and I have done this too with our families, and it is so nice to let the kids hang out together in the indoor treehouse, bonfire area or hot tub but then have downtime at bedtime and morning wake up to ourselves.
