Set high above Saratoga Passage, Cascade View Haven is a two-story Yonkman Collection home where the water does most of the talking. Across 2,100 square feet, three bedrooms sleep up to six — a king primary plus two queen rooms, one of which doubles as a quiet workspace when the laptop comes out. Two and a half bathrooms keep mornings uncomplicated, and the primary bath's deep soaking tub is the kind of spot you sink into after a long day of island wandering.
Big windows frame what guests come back for again and again: Saratoga Passage stretching out below, the Cascade Mountains lining the horizon, and Mount Baker standing watch in the distance. The kitchen is built for real cooking, with a full range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, so you can pull a proper dinner together and eat it with that view still in frame. Wifi, cable TV, in-home laundry, and a fireplace anchoring the main living space round out the comforts, while the fenced backyard gives everyone room to spread out in private.
Mornings here have a rhythm. Coffee on the patio, the sun coming up over the water, fishing and sailing boats threading the passage below, and — if you're lucky — a bald eagle riding the thermals overhead. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Even though the home is close to town, there are no shoulders on the road, making it potentially dangerous to walk due to passing cars.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.
- Please note that the propane BBQ is available from April through October and is put away during the winter months.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
