This is a 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath single family home about 1800 sqft. The home has two levels and the entrance is on the upper level with a set of stairs leading up to the entrance.

• Strictly NO parties and events. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas ($300 fine)

• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens. Please do not leave leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and clean up after your pets.

• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.

• There is no access to the backyard from inside the house. Backyard is only accessible from the outside of the house.

• There is no BBQ grill, or fire pit.

• No shoes in the home.

• The home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
