Without A Doubt is a lovely vacation home located in Miramar Beach, only a short walk from the shimmering white-sand shores of the Gulf. Its location in the residential Gulfside Cottages community offers access to neighborhood amenities. Surrounded by a curated lawn and palm trees, the home itself radiates with coastal elegance. Several furnished balconies provide the perfect spot to enjoy the warm, tropical breezes. The home features high ceilings, open living space, well-appointed accommodations, and even a third-floor observation tower with two twin bunk beds and incredible views. It boasts four bedrooms and can host up to fourteen guests.

Upon stepping into this quintessential beach house, you'll be ready for an Emerald Coast vacation you won't forget! The first floor is dedicated to an open great room with patio access. Shiplap walls, white and beige furnishings, large windows, and coastal décor throughout the great room give off a laidback beach vibe. The living room has a plush white sofa that doubles as a sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat, and an armchair. The cozy seating ensemble is centered around a thick beige rug and geometric drink table. It faces a large flatscreen TV mounted above a honey-toned cabinet. The space is perfect for lounging with your fellow vacationers or watching a fun family movie in the evening after a long beach day. Next to the living room is a sunny dining area with a white table and six chairs. Sandy-toned floors flow into the open kitchen, which features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a breakfast bar with stool seating. There is also one guest bedroom on the first floor, which has a king-size bed and sunny window views. A bathroom across the hall includes a tub-shower combination, and a washer and dryer in a nearby closet are provided to help keep your beach gear fresh!

The second floor has three bedrooms, including the primary suite. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, plush rug, reading chair, flatscreen TV, sunny windows, and access to a breezy balcony and porch swing. Its ensuite bath boasts an elegant vanity and walk-in shower. Both of the guest bedrooms on the second floor have queen-size beds and flatscreen TVs. Ascend the stairs to the third-floor observation tower to find bonus sleeping accommodations. This bonus room has two twin bunks—each bed has its own built-in TV for evening entertainment. Great views through the Gulf-facing windows overlook the palm tops and coastal-inspired community.

As guests at Without A Doubt, you will have access to all the great amenities of the Gulfside Cottages neighborhood. This includes a seasonally heated community pool surrounded by an expansive deck, lounge chairs, and shade. Two beach accesses are provided at both ends of the neighborhood, so you can choose where you'd like to relax on the beach on any given day.
