We’re sorry that you arrived to a home with both an AC issue and a dishwasher that was not functioning, but we’re grateful you allowed us the opportunity to find solutions and make the best of an unfortunate situation. We’re glad the room-by-room AC units worked satisfactorily and that we were able to provide a fair adjustment for the dishwasher inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback regarding the elevator, the elevator is recommended for cargo use and is functioning as it should. It is a typical residential elevator. Regarding any housekeeping concerns, please know that we do have a housekeeping team on call 7 days a week during regular business hours who are happy to assist.
