Nestled on the second row of Isle of Palms, this ocean-view designer home boasts proximity to all the beloved restaurants and shops the area has to offer, with a public beach access just across the street.

1003 Ocean Blvd grants exclusive access to the Pavilion Place outdoor private neighborhood pool, discreetly positioned behind the residence and shared with only six neighboring homes (available April 15-October 15). Guests will relish the seamless transition from poolside relaxation to beachfront bliss, just steps from the doorstep.

This remarkable property showcases a reverse floor plan, a modernized kitchen adorned with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, exquisite Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring, two balconies, an elevator (ground, first and second floor access only), and a rooftop sundeck boasting an ocean view. Linens and WIFI are included for your convenience. Please note, this is a non-smoking, pet-free property.

Great House for a Girls Trip

The location was excellent, the bedding arrangement was perfect (and comfy beds, too), and the kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed except a good wine opener. I do think it's time to replace the sofas in the living room, though.

We had an issue with the AC toward the end of the week, however the maintenance team was able to resolve the issue by contact an AC company within a few short minutes. This home was in the perfect location to allow us to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and a short walk to the beach.

House

The house was in a great location. Over all enjoyed the house. We had a few maintenance issues and a bug issue. The maintenance issues were quickly resolved. The bug issue we did not report until the last day. Thought we had taken care of the problem but they came back. Maintenance did come and spray and were going to get professionals to come after we left. So as far as that went they did respond quickly to the issue. Hopefully, others won’t have that problem.

Great location, but...

Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location on the island and on any other week probably would have been absolutely perfect, however, there was constant work being done around the property and surrounding properties for the entire week. Fencing being torn down and replaced, digging trenches, etc. This resulted in the driveway being blocked on several occasions and limited the privacy that I thought we would have. A heads up would have been greatly appreciated so that expectations could have been adjusted. The only other disappointment was the grill at the property was absolutely worn out. Only one of the burners would even light and the grates were covered in rust.

The house was beautifully decorated and in a great location right across the street from the beach. The elevator was conveniently used to send our luggage and grocery bags up. We enjoyed sitting on the decks to hear the free live entertainment every night thx to the Windjammer across the street..but it was done by 10:00 pm so it did not disturb us. We especially loved that we had plenty of room for our family to cook and enjoy a meal w/seating around the large dining table. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard (the rest must’ve been broken from prior guests) & when I messaged the manager about it, I was pleasantly surprised to find a box of wine glasses left at the front door the next day. Very accommodating. We would stay in this house again & recommend it highly.
