Everything was great. Loved the pool bar for the family to gather. It was super clean and Emmett was available for any questions we had. Fun places with good food were within walking distance.

Great house in a great location!

I can not say enough great things about this property along with Emmett. The house was perfect for our family of five. The outdoor pool area is great. The house is an easy walk to the beach access. Emmett was extremely quick with communication and was very accommodating.

Very nice quiet property that is excellent in every detail inside and out: beautiful pool, patios, and lawns, as well as accessibility to beach, shops and restaurants. There is a door at the top of the stairs that provides safety for toddlers as well as privacy between the floors. Beach chairs, wagon and toys made it easy to pack up for time at the beach. Thanks for Emmett’s quick response to any questions or needs.

Great Location!

The short walk to the beach and local restaurants is a huge plus for this great home. The whole family enjoyed the fantastic pool area and outdoor bar! Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a family getaway to IOP.

Perfect Bachelorette Stay

We loved our stay at this property. We had a large group and people could divide up and walk to the beach, restaurants, or hang at the pool. It’s more spacious then it looks online. Plenty of chairs for the outdoor areas.

Great Family Spring Break!

Well designed house with Masters on both floors, kitchens on both and family rooms on both. Very nice pool deck and patio. Short 5 min walk to beach access (2 blocks!).

Great house and location

The house was clean and well stocked. We cook a lot and were pleasantly surprised by the well stocked kitchen. The pool area was also great and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. And even though they allow pets, you would never know based on the cleanliness of the house.

Great IOP House!

Excellent location, both to beach and to town. Very clean upon arrival. Pool area with TV and bar stools was a frequently used space. Plenty of beds and baths for our family. Would definitely rent again. Great house!

Location was fantastic, house and pool were great. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they sent someone out to fix it on Easter Sunday. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

The updates to the home were done nicely and the layout worked well for our family. The amazing pool and backyard were the best part. Proximity to beach access was excellent just a few minutes walk. That part of the beach is also not crowded. We also very much appreciated being able to bring our dog Sunny. We would highly recommend this property and plan to return next year.

Perfect for two families.

Our son got engaged this weekend. This place was perfect for two families with one family with a master and two rooms upstairs and a master and another room downstairs. A quick walk to a beautiful beach. The beds were very comfy with new good mattresses. We would definitely recommend it to all.

Perfect Winter Weekend Stay

This property was excellent for my family of 10, which included aunts, uncles, in-laws and even a dog! Lots of areas for us all to gather, indoors or outdoors. It was convenient to all the stores on Mount Pleasant and a short walk to the beach and restaurants on IOP. Sharon and the host team were easy to work with from initial booking through checkout, making it a seamless experience. We plan to be back for our reunion for years to come!

Peaceful Beauty

This was a much needed break from all the craziness. The property was beautiful and felt like home immediately. The landscaping was awesome and gave a real sense of privacy in the backyard. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor bar with a TV everyday. The 9th St access to the beach was great because it was never busy and with our rented good cart we were able to load in and out super easily. We were able to hit the shops and bars in walking distance very easily too.

SPECTACULAR!!

This property was perfect! Beach house was exceptionally clean. Ideal that it had master suites both up and down. Yard, pool and outside bar area were enjoyed by all. Short walk to beach and shopping area made it easy for our 4 year old granddaughter. Kitchen accessories made dinner prep fun for all. Nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back:-)

Terrific Location

The property is very convenient, one block from the several beach access locations, one block from the IOP "strip", 5 minutes from several grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and a Target. The property is private, quiet, the pool and property are well maintained and the communication from property management was clear, timely and comprehensive so there was never any questions about how to check in, wifi passwords, etc. There were plenty of towels and the rooms were well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely consider this property again if we were back in the area, it was a lovely stay for me and my family.
