Modern Industrial House + Guesthouse in Midtown

Enjoying two modern-industrial homes on a fully landscaped .2 acre property. You'll be in n a safe, walkable neighborhood in midtown Phoenix. The main house is 3 bed, 2 bath, with a loft space if you're bringing more guests. The guesthouse is 2 bed, 1 bath and is just as equipped as the main house.
The space
The two homes are separate and private with individual yards, but accessible to each other via gates on the side of the house.

Each house has spacious great rooms, and the kitchens have all you will need. If not, please message us and we can arrange delivery of any of the basics.

The bedrooms have black-out curtains or shades, ultra-plush mattress toppers, and the queens are fitted with silky Oeko-Tex certified bamboo sheets. You will absolutely look forward to getting into bed for a great night's rest.

The living room in the main house is designed for conversation with thoughtful lighting, couch, mid-century lounger, and double egg chair. Light the "fire" place if you want extra ambiance. 65" 4K TV loaded with Netflix and Prime for all to see. (It also swings if you need to angle it toward the kitchen.

The living room in the guest house has a 46' smart tv, and couch that folds down to a King-sized bed.

In the back yard, enjoy the sunrises and sunsets under the pergola and turn on the misting system for those hot sunny day's we're known for! It's fully landscaped, and has a basketball hoop, beanbag toss, rope, and washer toss. The guest house has its own private patio as well.

Enjoy the entertainment space in the "barn" too! Connect with your friends and family over a game of darts, mini pool or ping pong. There are also two smart TVs if you want to sign in and keep an eye on any events or sports you're following.
