The host was wonderful with communicating. We even had a couple of unusual requests. While I did not anticipate immediate responses, I surely got them. Property was beautiful and exactly what our group needed.

This property was not as described. The description and pictures don't match the amenities list (back yard furniture, outdoor, grill, nice bedding linens, kitchen utensils and more). The only thing newly renovated was the guest bathrooms and wall tile in the kitchen. The kitchen is not a chef's kitchen, and sanitary issues should be addressed. It lacked simple kitchen utensils, and the upper oven was out of order. The back patio was a mess. The interior is in dire need of a deep clean. The deck off the master bedroom is a safety hazard. The plywood has had water damage. It is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. The location was great.

Thank you for the feedback. We have addressed the issues reported. It‘s a pity thst the guest stayed for 2 weeks and never communicatdd any concerns as most of them could have been addressed right away.

Spacious Home

The house is large, easily accommodated 7 adults. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location certainly worked for us. The pool was a hit, and the patio (and lovely tree) were much appreciated!

Big house in nice neighborhood.

We had four friends who were in the area for Final Four Basketball at State Farm Arena, and golfing in Scottsdale. Great location, plenty of room, and clean. Easy communication with owner, and easy check in and out.

Property was conveniently located to highway. Property was very clean on move in. Communication with property management was always met with a quick reply. Would rent there again.

Thank you, Brenda. We have landscapers coming regularly several times a month and every time before the new guest arrival we swipe and water the patio. But sometimes there is a bad weather unfortunately which results in leaves getting on the patio. Sorry about that! :(

Great location better cleaning needed

Great size Beautiful house. Convenient location. Cleaning needs to be better. I didn’t feel comfortable walking into this house since the beginning. It has broken glass, dirty entrance not to mention 2 baby scorpions in the living room. Scary

Thank you for your review. I apologize if you were not entirely satisfied with your stay. Our guest satisfaction is our top priority. Had you informed me about it right away, I would have taken care of it immediately. Also, it's not clear to me when you wrote that the house was "great" but you were "uncomfortable" walking in. Seems like inconsistency to me. The "dirty entrance" you are referring to is just tree leaves which happens a lot during the current monsoon season. We have our landscapers come on a regular basis and they do a great work, so this must have happened between their service visits. Anyway, I'm sorry. Scorpions are unpleasant of course but very rare in our house and yard. We have both treated periodically. However we live in the desert so such things happen due to nature. Anyway, I'm going to schedule an additional treatment next week. Regarding other cleaning, I'm not sure what the issue was. It would be great if you could provide further details so that we could address them. We did use a substitute cleaner before your arrival because our regular cleaner was away on vacation. Perhaps they missed a thing or two and I apologize if this was the case. Anyway, we are back to our regular cleaning crew who are absolutely great and we get a lot of positive feedback about the cleanness of the house. Thank you for your stay and I hope you'll come again soon.

Family trip

Very nice property. The pictures are accurate. Plenty of room for our family of 8. The pool is not heated and unfortunately it was too chilly to use. However, it was a nice space. The master bedroom is very spacious. The queen-sized bed was in the room with the crib. The other two bedrooms have double beds. Robert was very responsive to any of our questions. We would recommend this home to others.

We chose this property based on positive reviews and appealing photos; I’m sure, like all of us, we try to do, but unfortunately, our stay was a big disappointment. While Robert was indeed friendly, and the fresh flowers were a nice touch, the home itself was a big stretch from the pictures. Cobwebs lined the entryway, the grand piano was gone, and the kitchen lacked the furnishings we expected, like the dining room table that does not exist in the formal dining area. The pool area was nice, but the landscaping was mostly dead as you go out to the pool area. The plasterer was falling from the ceiling right as you walk out the door. There is a big hole where paint has peeled away. We also encountered several safety issues—exposed wiring, a broken smoke detector, and the refrigerator is plugged into an extension cord, which is a fire code violation. There were holes in a couple of the walls, and there were areas where there were picture frame hooks all over the walls, but no pictures, just the hooks. It mentions the nice sheets in the rooms. Yes, there are sheets on each bed, but they cover the stains on the pillows. There was hair and a rubber band from someone’s braces in the bathroom sink, very little shampoo and body wash, and only two towels per bathroom, so either bring your own towels or be ready to do some laundry, and a toilet brush was left in the toilet, along with where's a link to some of the photos we took

Thank you for your feedback. It’s unfortunate that this guest didn‘t enjoy his stay. We have now fixed most of the issues. The rest are either vastly exaggerated or false. For example, there are plenty of towels in the closet In the upstairs hallway. It’s a pity they didn‘t communicate during their stay as most of theur concerned could have been addressed immediately. They sent a complaint 4 days after leaving, with a demand for a refund. Finally, the house matches the lIsting photos.
