The owner and manager are very responsive, beautiful back yard and pool, close to Old Town and 101 so easy access to everything.

Spring Break Destination

Our two kids and their families from New York stayed here during their 2025 spring break. Great location. Plenty of room for five adults and five children under twelve years of age. House, yard and pool were clean and very well appointed. Our only complaint was the tv was inoperable. No instructions. We look forward to returning.

Great location for girls getaway

The property was beautiful and the property manager was very responsive with our inquiries! The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for our adult ladies getaway. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Amazing stay and amazing location

All in all the property is as advertised. It’s a great house, great location and the property managers were on it and very informative. Great people to work with and would highly recommend this place to anyone at anytime. We plan on staying here again no question!!

First time in AZ

Our group had the best time in AZ and the location, size and amenities of the house played a major role. Jay was easy to work with and readily available. The house had everything, the pool was great and there was plenty of space for 12 girls. I would definitely book here again

Everything you would ever need

This place is amazing! It has everything you would ever need and want. Pool was clean and warm. We spent a ton of time in the pool. House was massive and fit our 5 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Definitely will return!

Arizona trip

I have never been to Arizona before, I don’t know much about the area and such. However, I thought the view of the mountains were breath taking. The backyard was perfect, the view and the set up. We were located within 10 minutes to the heart of Scottsdales where restaurants, activities, bars/ clubs were. The house felt clean. Laundry was available and both bath and pool towels. I would consider returning to this house if I make my way back to the area!

Awesome Phoenix Home

We really enjoyed our stay.. this is an exceptional VRBO with a very family friendly layout and pool. The home was clean, modern & updated throughout, and was very family and activity friendly. Its in a good location with easy access to highways, grocery stores & retail attractions, and easy to get back to the home… the pool is great for families and kids, and is visible from the kitchen and family gathering areas. Pool was definitely in good condition, with safe features for kids, and was well maintained. Plenty of towels & supplies, and good location for Phoenix Sporting Events and activities. We really had a good stay and definitely enjoyed this home and pool. Thx Again..from the Gregg, Kugler, and Hanson Families

Amazing Experience, A Must-Stay

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at Jay’s property in Scottsdale for my bachelor party in May and it did not disappoint! The property was modern and nicely renovated, and existed in an ideal location 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. The backyard was probably my favorite part, as the pool, pool basketball, and screened-in room with ceiling fan were fun hangout spots. The master bedroom and bathroom were super nice, especially with the sliding door opening up to the pool. Taking into account the renovations, amenities, and location, this property felt like a huge steal for the price. My only criticism was that the check-in information was conveyed very late, up until a few hours before we checked in on the day of check-in. I’m not sure if that is customary, but I had to contact the host about this to get the information at the last second. Otherwise, he was very friendly and great at communicating. A great experience, would stay again!

I usually do not leave reviews unless it is exceptional or horrible. This place was horrible. The pool was dirty with scum. I complained to the owner and he said the “manager” would clean it. Never was cleaned. My teenage boys would not even swim in the pool. No lights in the back yard so you could not enjoy the cool evenings. No lights in the back-yard patio. I advised the manager, he said “oh sorry”… but yet the lights were not replaced. Windows were filthy. The ad says totally renovated. No. Maybe the entrance and the kitchen. Holes in the walls, dirty walls, filthy windows. The tracks in the master bedroom was so full of dirt - disgusting. The dishes were dirty had to clean them before we used them. Could not find a sharp knife anywhere. We rented for 7 days, not enough garbage bags, not enough dish washer soap. I have many pictures that I wish I could post so that you could see for yourself. Would not book in the future.

Updated Treasure

This house was very clean and updated. Close to restaurants and shops it was perfect for a family girls weekend. Because of the beautiful weather we enjoyed the outdoor pool area which was furnished with enough lounge chairs for all of us.

Stacey and I live in Denver CO and have visited and vacationed to Scottsdale often. We instantly fell in love with Old Town, and visit often for golf trips, and to soak up the sun. Stacey enjoys hiking Camelback or biking the many nearby trails. As Colorado Rockies baseball fans, this home is less than 3 mi to the Salt River Fields, home of the Rockies Spring Training, at Talking Stick resort and Casino. We can also catch other teams during Spring Training with the Cubs only 5mi away and the Giants less than 2mi away.

After vacationing in Scottsdale for 15 years together, we decided to buy our future home a little early, and we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do! Scottsdale has so much to offer from Old Town, Fashion Square, Barrett-Jackson, MLB Spring Training, PGA Tour Waste Management, so much golf, hiking Camelback, dinner at the Biltmore, kayak the Salt River, Desert Botanical Garden, ASU Gammage, it’s easy to be inspired by the region’s natural beauty, diverse culture and perpetual sunshine. We LOVE it!

We especially picked this home for the wide open main level floorplan, it's perfect for entertaining guests and spending time together with friends and family. Many nights have been spent laughing and playing games. With the heated pool only steps away from the rear covered patio, its great for BBQ's and evening gatherings.
