Soyez l'un des premiers à profiter de ce magnifique condo rénové de 2 BR à Phoenix VII. Phoenix VII est l'un des meilleurs complexes de condos du Golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le salon ou le balcon de la chambre principale. Avec plus de 1005 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse.

Les vues sont incomparables depuis ce condo au 14e étage, que vous vous prélassiez sur le canapé ou savouriez votre boisson préférée sur le balcon. En outre, il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale, 2 reines dans la chambre d'hôtes et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon pour accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il y a un téléviseur HD 55 pouces dans le salon, un téléviseur 42 pouces dans la chambre principale et un téléviseur HD 42 pouces dans la chambre d'hôtes. Nous avons installé tous les nouveaux lits, meubles de salon, nouveaux comptoirs et armoires personnalisées !!!!

Il y a une grande piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, des saunas, un centre de fitness et des courts de tennis éclairés.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Vos vacances seront complètes à Phoenix VII avec toutes les commodités, la plage et un hébergement luxueux.

Beautiful Place of Peace

I had a fantastic stay! The condo was spotless, which made it feel really welcoming and comfortable from the moment I arrived. You can tell the host takes great care in maintaining the space. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views super easy. Fyi, the kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils &pots, etc. if you choose to cook. We had a short stay, so we ate out at nearby restaurants. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Get-A-Way

We had a wonderful time this week in Orange Beach. Staying at the Phoenix VII was a delight. This condo was perfect! I loved being on the 14th floor with the gorgeous ocean views. This property offered a lot of amenities. We liked that the bedrooms were separated from each other and the large kitchen. We had no issues with the free Wi-Fi or TV's. I hope to come back next year and want to book this same condo again.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleasant stay. Nice clean condo. Only complaint is we were not allowed to put up a canopy in front of the rental chairs on the beach so i had to go buy three umbrellas. This seems kind of unfair to guests that already have their own beach equipment.

Could use some serious deep cleaning and updates

Needs some serious deep cleaning particularly the floor tile grout. Sliding screen doors need to be replaced. They don’t slide and are ready to fall apart. Could use a coat rack in the hallway where you enter to hang jackets. No where to hang anything other than in the bedroom closets. Overall rating on a scale from 1 to 10; 6.

Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VII, Unit 1413. The appliances, A/C, and heat all worked well. Sheets, dishes and pots and pans were clean and adequate. The only issue we had was with the television. There are no TV operating instructions and we could not get it to tune in regular TV channels. We worked at it for quite awhile, but later decided we didn't come to Orange Beach to watch TV. When we arrived, the floor did not appear to be clean. The bottom of white socks and bedroom slippers quickly turned black. We would also have liked to have a double sink in the master bath.

On site staff superb. Only 2 things should be mentioned in listing...no ice maker (purchase from vending on beach level) and king bed is high/a tad hard to climb into for shorties or elderly.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Beach was beautiful. But despite the pool being cleaned every morning by noon there was a white film of scum on the pool. Hot tubs as well. The pools are supposed to open at 7am but that’s when they clean the pool so they really don’t open until closer to 9am. The property lets every yahoo with a wireless speaker blast their music at the pool. It felt more like spring break than a nice clean quality family vacation spot. Also someone came banging on our door one day to change the air filters. No warning from the facility that this was occurring. Condo was fine. Basic amenities for the vacation. Disappointing experience overall.

We went to the beach often and the walkway was excellent as was the pool. There are many restaurants in the area so you don’t have to drive far to have a great meal. Affordable and familiar digs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to the OBA for almost 10 years, and have stayed at the PHX 6 or 7 every time. Despite a noise problem in the unit above us, this unit was among the top 4. We enjoy being high above the noise of the pool area, taking in the nearly constant breezes on the balcony, so the 14th floor was ideal. The aforementioned noise from the unoccupied 15th floor unit above us was due to a door swinging open and hitting the railing for several days. The front desk people couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it, but the property manager for our unit was able to get Maintenance to solve the problem within minutes of us reaching them. It was a fluke that was handled fairly quickly once I spoke to someone who could solve it. The OBA area still has a small(ish)-town (but growing) feel, and everyone you encounter is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend renting a boat and trolling the bays for a day. Bring or rent bikes and spend hours in Gulf State Park. You'll be glad you did.Would definitely recommend OBA and this unit.
