Everything was clean and comfy. She provided a lot of xtra’s for our stay. Beautiful scenery and loved sitting on the porch swing in the morning drinking my coffee. It certainly is a quiet oasis if you would like a few days away to unwind! Will definitely be back.

The property was just as described. A relaxing country side setting, but close enough to so many things to see and do. Kathy was easy to communicate with and provided us with everything needed for our trip. We will return to this lovely property soon.

The house made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Had all the necessities plus so much more. Host was very good at getting back to us with any questions. You could tell she really cared about her guests. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

This house was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The host had every and anything supplied in the house in case you forgot anything. Good location and near many of the wineries.

Our stay included 2 adults, but the home could easily accommodate more. The home was lovely and the setting was quiet. There's plenty of room outside to wander and relax. It's also a central location to both Geneva & Watkins Glen. We had more space than we personally needed, but cozy enough that it was not 'too much'. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies as was the bathroom. Which was great because I forgot a few common items. The tv has an HDMI port so I was able to use my laptop without having to log into my accounts for streaming services which made it easier and safer for data privacy. Communication with our host, Kathy, was great. She provided suggestions in the area (wineries, restaurants, pizza). This was our first getaway in a long time and we were very happy this rental. Thank you Kathy. We look forward to our next stay.

Absolutely ADORABLE property. The interior is bright, clean, and stocked with all the essentials. Morning coffee on the porch swing is a MUST. The area is so blissfully quiet and we enjoyed watching a hummingbirds and rabbits during the day and stargazing with a glass of wine around the firepit at night. It's a short drive to a variety of wineries and dining options. Kathy the host has put a lot of thought into making a cozy retreat for a relaxing girls' trip.

Such a cute property with everything we needed in the house! We meant to take a card game but forgot. We opened the cabinet and there it was! Lots of guides and literature for the area. Great stay. Great host. Great location!

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place! We were in town for wedding at Climbing Bines and the commute was less than 10 minutes from the venue. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, private, and super comfortable. Also, a huge plus that it was kid friendly! Kathy is a great host! I would recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area!

Perfect cottage

Our family loved this cozy place! It’s an adorable and well organized house with everything one could need. Highlights for us included the big beautiful yard, the porch swing, and how thoughtfully everything was set up inside. Owner was super easy to communicate with as well!

Perfect Girl’s Getaway

We really enjoyed staying in this super clean and well appointed home that was close to all the activities we wanted to do while remaining quiet and peaceful. We were impressed by how thoughtful the extra touches were and how easy the entire process was. We would love to stay again. It’s a very special place and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and “home away from home” for our first visit to the Finger Lakes! Thank you for everything!
