Great long weekend stay

This is a great place for a long weekend! Beautiful views, wonderful outdoor spaces, and comfortable indoor spaces. The owner was easy to work with and quick to reply. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing week at Copper Beach

Our second time at Copper Beach and once again a very enjoyable stay. Home is comfortable and exactly as described. Front porch (enclosed) overlooking Seneca lake is worth the trip.

HWS graduation weekend

The property was the perfect location for HWS graduation weekend. Lots of space inside and outside (porch, upper deck, docks, hammock, fire pit). We loved the welcome basket and host was very helpful and friendly. We would rent this property again.

Cozy, Clean & Charming!

My daughter & I stayed for our annual FLX trip and loved the Campbell's cottage from the minute we walked in. Ken & Ellie were gracious and very attentive to all our needs before & during our trip. The location is perfect (middle of lake) so travel to and from was very easy and the views!! We appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail and will definitely book again!

Great location for girls get away!

What a perfect place for 4 of us- the pics do not do it justice! Very clean, gorgeous view and plenty of places to hang by the lake on the property. Ken is lovely, with great suggestions for local things to do and easily accessible. It was a great 4 days at Seneca Lake!

A little slice of heaven

We had a wonderful week. Perfect house, amazing view of lake, excellent outdoor spaces all overlooking the lake, great communication with Ken. Sun porch was a big bonus so relaxing. Loved the area lots of great restaurants. House is very well equipped with everything you can think of. Thanks for a great week!!!

So Nice We Are Going Back!

We absolutely loved our stay with all the wonderful amenities that were included. The lake view was spectacular, and the sunrise and sunsets added to our enjoyment! Ken was very welcoming and accommodate our requests. The welcome tray of goodies was such an unexpected and thoughtful and kind surprise.

Just Perfect!!

The house and location were perfect! In the mornings if we couldn't be out on the deck, we loved sitting on the sunporch. It was so peaceful. The street was so quiet and was perfect for dog walking in the mornings and evenings.

Nice getaway

Perfect for a girls getaway. This home had everything we needed. Its very cozy, on the water, with plenty of water toys to play with. The owner is very nice, lives next door, though we did not feel like our Privacy was invaded at all. We would definitely recommend renting this place to others. If the owners read this...THANK YOU!

Beautiful Lake front

Overall this was a great place to stay. Rearranged some beautiful decorations related to young children around during the stay, but enjoyed the beautiful view, dock access, one floor house, nice sunroom allowing for views come rain or shine. There is a great little playground 0.5 miles away which was great for kids. I enjoyed having property manager next door just in case and felt we definitely had our privacy. Had a nice week and would recommend to nice small group.

Seneca Lake Gem

Property is outstanding! Deck with small scale lifeguard chairs - ideal for eating breakfast at. Shade on the deck most of the day. Sunroom made it feel like you were still enjoying the outdoors on the rainy days. Location on the lake was perfect for watching sunrises. There is a break between breakwaters that provides for easy launching of kayaks. The living area was clean and comfortable. Would definitely look to stay again for fun on the water or close proximity visits to wineries!

Amazing Getaway

Our weekend away can be summed up in on word AMAZING! Ken the owner of the property was great. He was very informative, knowledgeable & there if we needed anything. The house was just as pictured. It was clean, spacious and felt like home. Plus it was right on the lake and made for some stunning sunrises and beautiful evening by the fire pit. It was also in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking and accessibility to the house and many surrounding wineries/vineyards/breweries. This was a great place to stay and we are already looking into dates so we can return next year.

Lakeside memories

We had a wonderful Spring break hiking and playing at the park. We had a great time just being together. My son loved capturing the sun rise over the lake from the 3 season room. The kiddos loved practicing their casting skills knowing all the fish were in the middle of the lake. We enjoyed the fire pit by the lake! Ken was great, meeting us and helping answer our questions and a wonderful welcome package. We all want to return next summer!

Paradise on the Lake

Four 60 and older adults relaxing by beautiful Seneca Lake. Four bedroom home with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Morning coffee on outdoor porch watching the sunrise and water fowl. You can cook your own food or Door Dash. Instacart available. Ken and Ellen are gracious, unobtrusive hosts available if needed. In the middle of wine country. What more could anyone seeking peace and quiet ask.

Perfect House on a Beautiful Lake

The set up of this house is great, 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, a newly renovated, attractive, well stocked kitchen. The living rooms was a great gathering place for conversations, games or just relaxing. It was a bit too cool (early May) to make much use of the outside but we did have a fire one day and went out on the paddle boat one afternoon. The owner lives next door and welcomed us upon our arrival and was helpful to provide fuel for our fire and the ketchup we forgot for our cookout. Look forward to returning during the warmer weather. Highly recommend this house!

Awesome Girls Trip

What an amazing spot for a girls trip! Ken and Ellen were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The house was super clean and cute! What an INCREDIBLE view of the lake. We arrived at night and were in awe of the lake when we be woke up. We could not have been happier with this gem!!

Ken is a retired high school teacher and part-time musician, and Ellen is retired from IBM and Microsoft, and is now a successful real estate agent. They have vacationed and then lived in this area since 1985 and love the Finger lakes. They live next door to this property and LOVE the area.

Right on the water with lawns lakeside, beach area, and large lawn area across the road as well. Everything you need is here for a great vacation. Three season porch, huge deck, large dock and beautiful sunrises will leave you counting the days until you return. Very easy access from paved road, and all the amenities you could ask for.
