Récemment rénové, Orleans Court (lauréat du Beauty Spot Award 2016) propose un condo 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain à North Ocean City au 3ème étage. Ce condo peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement, une spacieuse chambre principale avec un tout nouveau lit Queen et un salon avec un tout nouveau canapé-lit Queen. Détendez-vous sur le balcon de la chambre principale avec de nouveaux meubles de patio ou profitez du temps dans les piscines ou le patio de l'espace commun avec tables, chaises et parasols. Beaucoup d'espaces à choisir.

La cuisine récemment rénovée comprend une barre de petit déjeuner, (4) tabourets de bar confortables, un grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière et micro-ondes ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle de taille économique. La cafetière, la vaisselle, les couverts et les verres sont inclus pour votre usage ainsi que de nombreux rangements si vous en avez besoin.

Nous offrons gratuitement le service Internet par câble et haute vitesse (25 Mo) dans le condo et une serrure de porte codée sans clé, donc 0% de chance de perdre votre clé de condo. Il y a un ascenseur (idéal pour l'enregistrement et le départ) et (3) une laverie automatique sur place. Il y a deux douches extérieures pour se rincer le sable avant de sauter dans la piscine ou de se diriger vers le condo.

Nous avons une politique stricte de "NON-FUMEUR" et "NO ANIMAUX" pour notre condo, alors s'il vous plaît soyez respectueux et prenez d'autres dispositions pour vos animaux de compagnie pendant votre séjour.

Le propriétaire ne fournit PAS le linge de lit, les serviettes de bain, les serviettes de plage, les produits en papier ou les articles de toilette divers. Les frais de nettoyage standard sont de 70 $.

L'arrêt de bus est juste à l'extérieur du complexe sur Coastal Highway et vous pouvez rouler toute la journée pour 3 $ de / vers la promenade ou vous rendre au Lost Treasure Mini Golf qui est juste à côté.

Everything you need!

Our stay here was outstanding. The owner is fantastic. When you pull in and put your car in park… you don’t need to put it in drive again until you leave. Right next door is mini golf. Pizza and sub shop across the street. Ocean across on street. Arcade one block away. Seafood One block away. Ice cream one block away. Shopping next door with all the beach things you may need. The beach is amazing and was not crowded in August somehow. The pool is so peaceful and never too busy. It was an absolute blessing to stay here and we will be back again! My wife and kids did not want to leave.

Great spot in North OC

We loved our stay at Keith’s place! The condo was very clean and the communication with the host was great. It was about a block from the beach, and the outdoor pool was also a huge plus!

The condo was very clean. The property owner was very responsive to any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. This is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo, great location. Family of 4 stayed here for 6 days. Plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean, pool was well maintained, as well as the complex. Quiet place, would highly recommend. We will be back. Keith was great with communication! Thanks for everything!

Everything was as described in the listing. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. Convenient to everything. We definitely would recommend it for others. PERFECTION FOR MY PARTY OF 3!

I had to shorten my review because I had TOO many good things to say!!! You can truck it up the steps for luggage unloading and loading or utilize the elevator. Whole condo is clean from the living room, to the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the bedroom. A/C units work great to keep the condo cool if it's a hot day but we mostly used the front screen door to enjoy the unseasonably cool week in August we enjoyed. Kitchen is more than adequate if you plan on cooking meals at the condo like my family and I did. Pots and pans are in great condition. Breakfast bar has more space than you know what to do with it! Shower has good water pressure and the grips are good enough to bathe small children without worrying about a slip and fall. Bedroom has plenty of dressers to store multiple family members clothes. Balcony is perfect for a night cap to just take in the fact you are on vacation. The pool is the highlight. Especially the kiddie pool. My little guy spent majority of his time in there. Had a pool guy servicing it EVERY morning. The close proximity to the beach is perfect too. Literally just walk across Coastal and BOOM you're there. The year round / summer residents were SUPER friendly and a joy to chat with while at the pool. Definitely a laid back vibe as a whole. If you are looking for a more family friendly place to stay or a more low key, quiet, experience in OCMD, I cannot recommend this condo enough. 10/10! We will be back!

Amazing place to stay!

We had an amazing vacation and loved the Condo! It was very clean and enjoyed the private balcony right off the bedroom. It was quiet and the pool was very refreshing after spending time at the beach. Keith was the best! Great communication and always responded quickly. Perfect place to stay in Ocean City, MD

Beautiful oasis

Loved the condo we stayed in, very cute, comfortable , clean! The grounds are beautiful, and loved how it was like an oasis with the fencing. Even though we were on the Main Street it felt very private. Close to the beach was a bonus!!!

Such a great time!

We really enjoyed our week at this condo and in Ocean City! The grounds and the pool were well maintained. The pool was never very busy. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything we could need! The beach is a very close walk and there is so much to do nearby. We also visited Fenwick and the Bethany Beach boardwalk because there were just up the road. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Great property, condo very clean, great location, only a block from beach, nice pool, putt putting golf across the street, walk to restaurants and shops and movies all close by. Owner very nice and available to speak to when I had questions. Everything you need to cook is there for you. I'd stay here again on next trip

Everything was perfect for our family of 3. Very close to the beach, pool was very nice and not crowded. Full kitchen made meals very easy. Good location and ample parking. All in all, 5 stars.

Gorgeous getaway!

This property is clean, modern, beachy, quiet, well lit. The swimming pool was clean. The beach is just a block away. The owners are personable, very communicative and knowledgeable with recommendations provided for dining. Perfect for 2 to 4 people to comfortably stay for a week or more. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

We liked this property because of all the recent upgrades, both Exterior and Interior. The Courtyard seems like a great place to unwind after a day at the beach and it's fairly quiet. We also loved the fact it has a pool and the convenience of an elevator for those days when you just don't want to take the stairs.
