What We Love
Nestled on the beautiful shores of Lake George, Pine Knoll is an outdoor lover's paradise for all seasons. This lakefront home includes an expansive deck with breathtaking views of the lake and forever wild beauty of the Adirondacks across the lake. You'll love the private dock, perfect for swimming, fishing and kayaking, as well as a spot where you can dock your boat of up to 22 feet. Hikers can get their fix on the numerous trails behind the house or a short drive away. Enjoy New York's changing seasons with leaf peeping in the fall, while winter recreation enthusiasts can shred the slopes at Gore Mountain nearby. Visit Silver Bay YMCA, just a mile down the road for a host of indoor and outdoor activities for the whole family such as tennis, pickle ball, archery, crafting and boating.

Warm, rustic, and homey, the interior of Pine Knoll features vaulted ceilings, ample natural lighting, and modern amenities. Catch a beautiful sunrise over the misty mountains in the morning while savoring a cup of coffee on the deck. When you're not at the lake, take a trip to Fort Ticonderoga for some history, or head to Bolton Landing for shopping and grab a great meal. After a day filled with brand-new adventures, head inside to get cozy and make yourself at home. When hunger arises, the well-equipped kitchen's stainless steel appliances and plentiful meal prep space have got you covered.

Before another day comes to a close, gather on the large, lake-view deck for a cookout, followed by s'mores prepared around the firepit, and a board game back inside.

You'll be pleased to find that both of the bedrooms come adorned with high-quality linens making a good night's rest inevitable.

Dock details: The property offers a private dock with boat parking, it is seasonal, depending on weather and availability. The Boat Dock will only be in the water from May 15th to Mid-October

House Rules
Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The Boat Dock will only be on the water from May 15th to Mid-October
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
