Great location on the lake! Waterfall steps away and fishing off the deck. Nice modern A frame cabin with all the comforts of home.

Absolutely beautiful property

My husband and I absolutely loved it here! It has stunning views of the mountains and DIRECTLY on the water! We fished everyday and caught quite a bit of bass and pike! Super relaxing cabin and it had everything we needed. We will 100% be booking the gem again. Thank you to the hosts!

Amazing piece of property, beautiful views, and direct access to water, Cabin is very clean and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. A fishermans paradise. Will book again for sure !!

Perfect Fishing Cabin with Amazing Views

Every part of our stay was perfect! When we arrived, the cabin was perfectly clean. It was great to wake up every morning and fish off the dock. It is very peaceful and secluded. We also enjoyed a day trip to Lake George for some fun, touristy activities. Cannot wait to make a return trip. Thanks, Nash Family!

Fishing Paradise

The fishing was phenomenal here, perfect time of the year. The bird watching was also amazing here.The views are amazing and the communication with the host was open and clear

Quaint and Remote Get Away

My fiance and I loved staying here to celebrate his birthday. It is in a very remote location and set back, so there was a ton of privacy. It is right on the water which was nice, and relatively close to Queensbury Country Club Golf Course (which was absolutely stunning). I will say that there is not much to do near by so plan accordingly. The only restaurant that was open when we stayed there was an Indian Restaurant called the Red Panda. We HIGHLY recommend trying this if you are craving Indian food. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely consider coming back.

Wont stay again

The view was amazing. The road to the cabin a bit scary. The cabin was cute and fishing off the deck was nice but then it ends there. We found mouse droppings in 2 of the beds and a cabinet in the bathroom. The owner did come to bring a change of sheets and cleaned the drawer only after we tried to wash the sheets but found out that the washing machine didnt work properly. And just an FYI for anyone who is planning to stay here there is 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 twin. The description is wrong. The Acs were moldy and dirty. The owner told us that his wife didnt change the bedding prior to our arrival and we were the first guests since the close in the winter. My family and I left a day early because we were feeling a bit upset. After leaving we requested a refund from the owner for just the cleaning fee because it was not cleaned. The owner responded upset in a text message saying that he drove 100 miles to come bring us new sheets however i feel this response is disrespectful and dismissive because we should have had clean sheets to begin with. He also reported that he didnt find any droppings and i explained to him it was because we already cleaned it. The dishes were sticky and dirty so we needed to prewash everything when this shouldve been done prior to our arrival. When booking a home I expect a certain cleanliness and dont think this is too much to ask for a small refund.

South Bay Cabin

Great location. Ensure you have printed directions and cell service may be spotty. Very clean and had everything you may need. The sunrises are amazing. If you enjoy fishing, this is a great location. Look forward to another visit.

Beautiful cabin on the lake. Secluded and very private. House was clean and has everything you need for your stay. Great views and awesome sunrises. Internet connection was a little spotty but that’s the only complaint. Highly recommend

Hard to locate initially. Waze was the only gps that was consistent. Nice and clean. Well located to access anywhere we wanted to go. Beautifully situated.

Peaceful and relaxing

Amazing views the deck is so relaxing and peaceful. The sunrises were amazing. We visited Lake George during the day and enjoyed the deck during the evening. Lake George is about 45 minutes away so it is a ride to go and see the sites but the house is so quiet and the night skies are beautiful.

Peaceful Beauty

This was a great stay for our family! Amazing view of the lake with an amazing deck and outdoor area to enjoy. The view from the living room as well was perfect. The small town nearby is friendly and has a couple of great restaurants. There are some shopping outlets within 30 minutes and a Starbucks. So that was also nice for us to have as a change of pace. Very friendly owner who texed once or twice to make sure we didn't need anything!
