SECURITY:
There is a video doorbell, exterior of the front door, which records 30 sec. facing the front yard upon motion detection. There is also a noise decibel monitor on at all times, which does not record audio, but tracks how loud the general environment is.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
-Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
-Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
-If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
