We love large groups: multi-families, business trips, bachelor/ettes, sports teams, golf trips, & friends.

The Space:
We've been hosting large groups on Airbnb for years with multiple properties in Scottsdale.

Whether it's your first time using Airbnb or you're already a pro, you'll love how easy it is to work with us. We provide:
- Flexible check-in with keypad and custom code
- All the amenities you can think of, and even the ones you forget to ask about
- Recommendation list of local restaurants, bars, and fun family activities
- Heated pool & spa option

Guest Access:
- The whole house is yours. Use it like your own home and enjoy!

The Neighborhood:
We are located in a family neighborhood, only half a block from 2 different parks. There are 2 grocery stores less than 5 mins away by car or Uber.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or Uber/Lyft. Plenty of parking available.

Other Things to Note:
1 more house rule - we live in a family neighborhood, so no unreasonable noise after 10pm per city ordinance: Noise levels over 68 decibels are considered unreasonable. (Ord. No. 3912, § 2, 9-28-10)

Interaction with Guests:
- As much or as little as you'd like. We want Airbnb to be an easy seamless process for you.
