The home's interior offers no shortage of comfort and entertainment itself. If the heat starts to be too much outside, the home offers cooling comfort, with central air-conditioning throughout. The spacious great room on the main level is a perfect indoor gathering space, with a sectional sofa suitable for your whole group, a TV, and pool table. The open-concept kitchen and dining area features gourmet, stainless steel appliances, including a mini-fridge and wine cooler. There is ample seating for all with a six-seater dining table and island counter seating for six more. Morning coffee can be enjoyed in one of the plush, window-side sofa chairs. Need to check in with the office during your stay? No problem. The home features a dedicated office and desk space, perfect to steal away and catch up on work.
From this home, you'll also enjoy easy access to the area's great natural attractions, award-winning golf, and shopping and restaurants in Scottsdale.
THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance.
Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
The City of Phoenix limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
