Our sweet Mt. Crested Butte Home sits about half mile from the resort. With wonderful mountain views throughout, this 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath single family boasts a brand new oversized hot tub and short 2 min walk to the Columbine Bus, making it easy to get around. Whether it's surrounded by wildflowers or snow, this home is comfortable and convenient.
Upon entering you are greeted by a small foyer that opens into the two story living room. Two comfy sofas look at both a gas fireplace and new smart tv. Your eyes are drawn to the far end of the room, where a half round room of windows looks out at Whetstone Mountain. A dining area with a dining table with chairs for six, looks out at a small deck and the brand new oversized hot tub. At the far end of the dining area another glass door leads into a smaller half round room of windows. This has a small table and chairs and is perfect for puzzles and games. The Kitchen is separated from the dining area by a bar with barstools. It is spacious and well stocked. To the back left of the living area is a small hallway that leads to the Master bedroom. It also has a door to access the garage. The master bedroom is two stories with beautiful views. It has a large master bathroom with shower and whirlpool style tub. Stairs lead up to the Master Queen Bed. A main set of stairs also comes off of the living room and leads up to the two other bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with 4 twin bunk beds. A second full bathroom is also found upstairs.
