Floor plans, furniture, design, and artwork may differ slightly, and our units span 623-698 square feet. Your apartment may look different from the sample photos but will be just as stylish and comfortable!

The Neighborhood:
This area is surrounded by shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The Shops at Legacy are within walking distance from your apartment, and so is Bishop Park. In addition, Hawaiian Falls Waterpark is only about a 10 minute drive from the property, as is Arbor Hills Nature Preserve.

Getting Around:
It only takes 30 minutes to get to the airport and 25 to get to downtown Dallas by car while Frisco is a mere 15 minutes away. There are also multiple bus stops just off the property.

- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. - This property has limited complimentary parking (one car per reservation). Nearby street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
