Villa “W” View is a 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa offers maximum privacy and gorgeous views of the ocean and landscape. With its open design, the house benefits from gentle breezes and is exposed to all-day sun. The large living space includes an indoor dining area and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. A comfortable, white sectional sofa faces a U.S. satellite TV and, just beyond, the ocean view. The 2 master bedrooms are separate from the main house with the first bedroom located in a bungalow next to the kitchen. This bedroom offers ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The second master bedroom is located on the lower level, and has a king-size bed, a deck, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the second master bedroom is a small fitness room and a home cinema. Two guest bedrooms are located in a bungalow next to the main house. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. These rooms have a slightly smaller bathroom with an indoor shower. All bedrooms have U.S. satellite and Apple TV, and there is WiFi throughout the property. A deck surrounds the pool with plenty of space for either lounging or sunbathing. A covered terrace houses an outdoor dining area with a beautiful table and seating for 8 guests. The house also has French satellite and Apple TV in the living room. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
