Il s'agit d'une maison de 1566 pieds carrés avec de grandes pièces. Il est situé au centre du parc national d'Acadia, des autres villes insulaires et de Bar Harbor. Il y a 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire jacuzzi à l'étage et une grande cuisine ouverte / salon et salle de bain complète en bas. Les appuis de fenêtre en granit sont magnifiques. Nous fournissons tout ce dont vous avez besoin - tous les ustensiles de cuisine, plats, linge de maison, etc. Micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a la télévision par câble, les téléphones et le WiFi. L'extérieur est une zone boisée calme avec barbecue.

Great stay

This was our second time staying in Janice's house. It is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Janice is a great host. The location is perfect for getting to the Hulls Cove Visitor Center for hiking and Bar Harbor for shopping and dining. I hope we'll be able to return for a third visit!

What a Gem

We loved our stay in in Janice's lovely cottage. It is even nicer than described. It also has a small private deck , of which don't believe is in the description. The cottage is very roomy and immediately feels like home .It's very convenient to Bar Harbor and most Acadia entrances. There is a great brewery that has tasty BBQ about one mile away. Also a cute market and a good pizza shop close by.I can't wait to come back!!

Tucked away home close to Bar Harbor

Home has plenty of room, easily sleeps 4 people. Very good communication with owner Janice. Close eought to Bar Harbor downtown about 15min drive.

Wonderful place!

Perfect spot to act as our base of operations for our exploration of central Maine for the week. Comfortable, had everything we needed. Peaceful. Beautiful forested property. Highly recommend and DEFINITELY would return to same place for a future visit!

Comfortable, spacious, homelike

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and spacious property. A lot of thought has gone into providing all of the things you need to make your stay convenient. I was especially happy with the variety and quality of the kitchen equipment. It made cooking easy. Note that our stay was 5 weeks, and we could have been happy to stay longer. The location is convenient, and there is a great pizza place very close by.

Great house in ideal location

We just spent a wonderful week at this property. As other reviewers have noted, the house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Even more important, its location is ideal--about 10-12 minutes from the Hulls Cove Visitors Center if you want to get info or hop on a bus to a hiking trailhead; about 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, less to S.W. Harbor or N.E. Harbor. Janice, the owner, is extremely responsive. We already booked for next year, so that says it all!

Home from home

When you walk in the front door, this property feels like home. This home is perfect for 2 couples or a small family traveling together and is located in an ideal location from Bar Harbor. The recent addition of AC to the home made it all the more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Janis! :)

Acadia Gemstone

Property was in a perfect location for easy access to all the Mount Desert Island attractions, especially Acadia National Park entrance. The house was very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and in a pretty country location. It was so quiet at night I got the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms very spacious. Owners responded immediately when we had a minor issue. I’ll stay there again if we ever go back to Acadia.

Perfect location!

We loved the location! We like to get up early for sunrise and hikes, go back to the property for some rest and lunch, then back out again. We were so close to everything in Acadia, it was easy to relax here between events. We cooked some meals ourselves, but we were also close to takeout places. It was so spacious for just the two of us, but it was much more affordable than smaller places further away. A great stay!

Great location, close to Acadia and Bar Harbor

This house is in a great location to explore Acadia and Bar Harbor. Just minutes to one of the park's entrances and 15 min to Bar Harbor. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, and the kitchen was well supplied. We really enjoyed our week in Bar Harbor!

Perfect getaway close to everything

As lovers of both Bar Harbor and the quiet side, we found this property to be perfectly situated mid island. It was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Plenty of comfy seating, whether unwinding after a hike or reclining to read a book on a rainy day. Ample room, strong Wi-Fi, nice backyard space with grill. This really was a home away from home.

Great Location for Acadia

Very comfortable and convenient location for our interests in Ellsworth and Hancock County. We did Bar Harbor too, Seal Harbor North East Harbor, Bass Harbor, Bernard, South West Harbor, and Seal Cove Brass Era Auto Museum. Lots of places to see. Kitchen well stocked with pots pans, dishes and utensils for cooking in. We also ate out, but breakfast in. We believe place could be a bit cleaner but by end of season needing a complete deep cleaning, and as I understand many places were short on workers and cleaners this year.

House had everything we needed, and a great location on Mt. Desert Island

We had a great experience staying at this house. This house is in a country setting with 4 other houses on the same driveway. Rooms are very spacious, and kitchen is well equipped. We were 10 - 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, Acadia and other small villages on the island. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful house located so close to Acadia National Park! The house is spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and large bedrooms. The location was convenient to tour all the different parts of Acadia, and we felt like we really got to know the island. It was great to return to this house after a long day touring the island. Our kids enjoyed the space also.
