We had a group of four—one couple and two singles—and the property was a great fit for us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance, plus a beautiful beach that was clean and lively without feeling overcrowded.It was also conveniently located near Pacific Beach and all of the attractions we had planned to visit. Communication with the property manager was outstanding, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and there was everything needed. Very responsive to a couple of questions that I had. Great location and the neighborhood was clean and felt safe. Close to beaches and food. I would stay there again.

This was a great little house! It was a little tight to hang out indoors with our family of 5, but it's better to be outside anyway. It is a perfect location with access to the beach just a couple houses down the road. We loved the Mission Bay area! I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything about this place was great! It was clean and well appointed. They even had liquid hand soap pumps at every sink (like at home). It was just me and my husband but we could easily have had another couple with us and even a couple of kids. We would definitely stay there again. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed to do breakfast and lunch. We even cooked dinner several nights with BBQ grill outside and full stove/oven inside. Our daughter lives in PB and it was a 10 minute walk to her place with easy access to lots of spots in the area. I loved walking around the bay and easy walk to the beach if you don’t mind a longer walk. The air conditioner is in the family room but with fans on the bedrooms stayed cool too. We did have to reboot the internet once but that happens to us at home and they had easy to follow instructions. Everything you need for a week at home away from home!

The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The location was close to everything, the beach, balboa park, and our family. Plenty of room to entertain friends and family. The front patio was a plus. Having a place to park the car was invaluable. Highly recommend.

Convenient location across from the bay with short walk or drive to the beach, Sea World and Bellmont Park. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent communication with property manager. Five Star Stay and Service! Will recommend!

The house was clean and the linens were fresh. No heat in the bedrooms. And the bathtub didn’t drain requiring a plumber which the host took care of while we were there. House is older but furniture is new. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Beds are comfortable. Couch is clean. Kitchen has everything. Parking is odd but works.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the smoke alarm during your stay. I wanted to let you know that the smoke detector is fairly new, manufactured in 2022, and equipped with a sealed lithium battery that has a 10-year lifespan. It has only been in use for a couple of years and was recently checked by one of my team members, who confirmed that the device is in excellent condition, as indicated by the flashing light every 45 seconds. In cases like this, the alarm may have been triggered by the smoke produced while cooking certain dishes. That being said, the smoke alarm is a crucial part of the safety measures in place to ensure the well-being of all our guests. Your comfort and safety are always our top priority, and I truly appreciate your understanding.
