Welcome to unit #3-103 at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! Knutson & Associates Property Management is so proud to be newly representing this absolutely stunning unit. #3-103 is a immaculate, remodeled 1st floor unit in special building#3
A very spacious Lanai that allows you to walk out and enjoy the jaw dropping coast line ocean views. You have outdoor dining and chaise lounge chairs for relaxation!
Notable features that many guests have loved: Granite Counter tops in a Fully Equipped Remodeled Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances.
The Front Ocean Facing Bedroom has Direct Oceanfront Lanai access & a comfortable King Sized Bed.
The Second Bedroom is surrounded by tropical vegetation and features a King Sized Bed & Couch for Relaxation
Both bathrooms have been remodeled. One has a walk in shower, the other has a tub/shower combination!
You can comfortably sleep 4 people total in this nearly 1200 square foot luxury condominium.
The property owners have meticulously maintained this unit and are always putting so much love into the interior for their guests!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.
The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

We walked in the place and I was speechless. The condo is setup to maximize the view. We spent most of the time on the Lanai. The condo was super clean and well stocked. I have been to Kona 15 times and this was easily one of the best places I have stayed.

We’ve been coming to Kona, and even the Surf and Racquet Club, for years, and this was by far the best unit we’ve rented. It’s was beautiful with a large open kitchen and all tile floors. The kitchen was so well stocked that this was the first time we didn’t need to go buy sharp knives or a grater or pizza slicer or some bowls. There was everything there you need for the beach including multiple beach chairs, umbrella, huge beach towels, cooler bags. And we loved not having to worry about keys since it was a digital door lock. The property management company, Knutson & Associates were so easy to work with. We will definitely be returning to this unit for our next trip.

Spacious unit that was well stocked and offered beautiful views. Parking was close and well marked. The overall property has gorgeous landscaping and is well maintained.

Very nice ocean front apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the unit is roomy and clean. The unit provided all the sports equipment for swimming, pickleball, tennis and ping pong, which was so convenient and nice. The management team was on top with the communication with us. Overall a very relaxed vacation for our stay.

Great location and lovely view

Condo is ideally located in complex with gorgeous views. No A/C but ceiling fans in every room keeps them cool. Kitchen has everything you might need. Only thing missing was Kleenex, not a single box in either bathroom.

Perfect accommodations

We had stayed in the complex previously; but always in a unit in Building 5, so our expectations were very high. Fortunately, we were not disappointed. Kona Condo October 2024

Nice but noisy

Lovely ground floor unit, good breezes, well furnished, great views. Can hear folks upstairs some. Lots of space to recreate by pool, pickleball courts and volleyball area but some families use grassy strip in front of patios as a play area. Gets noisy and disturbs enjoying time outside if you prefer less activity, especially at sunset. Wish we had known this in advance. Contacted management, they suggested we book another unit in the future to avoid this. ☹️

Respectfully, this is entirely inaccurate, we would NEVER tell a guest to book another unit based on noise. We did talk to that family and asked them to stop bothering your group, we really are sorry that happened.

Spectacular views, comfortable condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three of us stayed here for a week, it was great. The views were awesome. We spent hours on the patio in the morning and evening. Sunsets every night over the ocean were great. The condo had just about everything we needed, the rooms spacious, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good as well. Everything worked, kitchen well stocked. We used the complex's pool a couple time, very nice. Too hot to play pickleball. We liked being removed from the road which meant for a quiet stay - except for the waves crashing against the shore (which we loved). We would stay here again.The Magic Sands Beach was great. Good eating places, espresso and grocery store up the hill. Drove to Hilo and to the volcano, not necessarily impressed. Black Rock Pizza is very good. Good restaurant choices in old Kona.

Great spot to spend a week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has it all. The grounds, trees, bushes are well taken care of. The pool, pickle ball and tennis courts were very nice. The condo we stayed in 3-103 was very clean upon arrival and very comfortable. The view from the patio looking over the ocean was stunning. We watched the sunset every night. We found the condo has nice dishes, cups and appropriate items needed to make a meal. Furniture was typical hawaiian bambo but comfortable. Some of the other condo's had nicer furniture but more expensive nightly rate. The beds were fairly comfortable. The boogie board and snorkel supplies were a bonus as well as court equipment. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The management company was very easy to work with and responded to concerns via text very quick. They are well detailed with check-in and out procedures as well as needed information. Very smooth. Thank you.
