Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club est une communauté fermée de condominiums. Il y a trois courts de tennis de style professionnel avec éclairage de nuit; un pro de tennis est disponible quotidiennement pour des leçons ou un coaching d'amélioration de jeu.
La grande piscine, récemment rénovée (Redone en 2016) est idéale pour les "tours" et aussi pour les activités nautiques des petits enfants. Les douches et les toilettes sont idéalement situées dans le grand pavillon près de la piscine et des courts de tennis.
L'une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes du club de surf et de raquette de Keauhou sont les nombreux sites archéologiques. Ces zones préservées donnent un aperçu de la vie hawaïenne il y a des années. Chaque site contient une description des activités qui ont eu lieu il y a des années et des années.
Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club possède de nombreux jardins et sentiers de randonnée. On va directement à une plage !! Les fleurs et le feuillage tropical sont abondants. Vous trouverez plusieurs zones de barbecue en plein air.

This property is absolutely breathtaking — definite “wow” factor when you walk in!SUPPLIES: So many beach supplies — chairs, big sun umbrellas, beach towels, sun hats, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, kids’ floaties, and even tennis racquets with balls. Too many to list!KITCHEN: Super well stocked with everything you’d need to cook a gourmet meal.LANAI: Our favorite spot! It’s spacious with plenty of comfy furniture. We ate all our meals out there, relaxed on the loungers, and watched the stars at night while listening to the waves. Pure bliss.KNUTSON: Very attentive and responsive. I probably messaged them a few too many times with questions, but they were always kind and quick to reply.No doubt we’ll be booking this property again the next time we visit Kona.Thank you, Knutson!

Did not want to leave. Great location. Beautiful view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of outdoor seating. Had everything needed for cooking and days at the beach (chairs, umbrella and a small cooler in the pantry closet. Several books about visiting HI (The Big Island Revealed was very helpful and even a bit funny). Internet/TV worked well. AC units worked well to keep the condo cool). Beds and furniture comfortable. Very good washer, dryer and dishwasher. Easy access to pool, courts, volley ball and grills. Close to grocery and some restaurants (Walking distance but uphill). Quick response from management for questions we had. Note that you can hear footsteps and moving of chairs from the upstairs unit. There is not an ice maker but they did have ice trays in the freezer. Wine fridge was great bottles of water, etc. The grocery store charges for bags so bring a tote bag or check pantry closet near the kitchen for paper bags. Guest room does not have allot of space to unpack clothing. Kids did not mind but may be an issue if traveling with adults. The Surf and Racquet club is very well taken care of. Kona was a great location to stay. 1-2 hour drive other side of the island (avoid rush hour). 30 min from Kua Bay for snorkel and beach day (get there early if you don't want to park and walk far). Very little rain. Got cloudy but never seemed to make it down the mountain. Must see/do - Enjoy the condo! :) Best part of the trip was sitting on the Lani with coffee or wine and watching the waves, sunsets, manta rays, dolphins, cruise ships etc. You can enjoy the Lani with no worries of sunburn until about 3/4pm. Go to Mauna Kea visitors center on a clear day (fyi - it's cold 40 degrees colder than Kona, bring snacks and water or maybe a hot beverage), Volcano national park (drive all the way down the road of craters to the beach. It a long drive but beautiful), Snorkel captain cook, Manta Ray night snorkel. Overall a wonderful location to stay and would highly recommend.

Lovely 2 bedroom condo - best view on kona

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a bit out of the way when finding it - several blogs away from the main check in. But it is worth it. It is a corner unit that is bordered by a lovely golf course on one side and the ocean on the other. The kitchen was really well stocked. Great furnishings. Beach chairs and boogie boards and other items are in the unit. The beds are not the most comfortable. And the bathrooms are not air conditioned and they get pretty warm. The bathrooms are really nice and have lots of towels. The washer/dryer units were large and held a lot of items. One issue brought to the owners attention was the TV - it disconnected from cable each day, which required an internet and cable reset daily. The unit is a bit pricey, but it is a great place to stay. The communal pool is nice and temp is good.

Beautiful visit to the Big Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a very pleasant visit to this property. Superb views of the ocean. Very quiet. Nicely appointed, especially the kitchen. Lots of supplies to enhance ones experience. Comfortable for my family and I would recommend it. The manta ray snorkel experience is only a 5 min drive away and would recommend.Only ran into a couple of glitches. Given wrong directions to the unit and an incorrect parking space number by the management company, which delayed our entrance to the unit. They were very responsive to questions. Also, there is some type of mechanical unit in the primary bedroom closet that kicks in for just a few seconds every hour or two. It may wake you up if you're a light sleeper. Would still stay here again.

Lovely but we just didn't find it that comfortable

Overall a very nice unit. New furniture on the lanai, not yet shown in the photos, was perfect and of course the sunset views were fantastic. It was great being able to move a couple chairs out beyond the tiled section to see more of the sky during sunset but be aware there is no barrier separating this extended space from the next unit. Shouldn't be a problem most of the time but our neighbors for much of the week had a small child with a penchant for invading our privacy, once even pressing his face up against the screen door while we were inside and shouting "hello!" Fortunately they kept him contained most of the time. The unit itself was plenty large, especially for just two guests, but still felt a bit cramped because much of the furniture is a little too large. The king bed is too close to the dresser. The big, heavy dining room chairs took some effort to move, but if we left them pulled out a bit they blocked access to the raised kitchen counter, which otherwise served great as a charging station and staging area for sunglasses, water bottles and such. The parking is a decent hike from the unit. Good for privacy but no so great when ferrying luggage or it's raining. So no major issues, just lots of minor annoyances that kept it from seeming perfect. But the bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were fine, and of course the view speaks for itself. And the full size stacked washer/dryer were quite possibly the nicest things in the entire place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All around great stay at the condo. 1st off you cant beat the location or the views. Property was well stocked with most everything needed. Actually probably a little too stocked. Closets and pantries could use some cleaning out. Alot of multiple items etc that could use being cleaned out. Had no problems with bugs during my stay. Overall the property could use a good cleaning and refreshing. AC's worked great. All appliances worked fine. In my opinion some attention to detail as far as cleaning and getting rid of clutter could really help bring this up to top notch standards. Updating towels and bedding would also help alot. Loved our feral cat we called boots that visited us everyday. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Parking was easy. Overall a great vacation.

Fantastic views great location

Loved staying here for a week on Hawai’i! Cannot beat the views from the condo. Loved getting to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Gorgeous grounds and friendly neighborhood. Good location for a jumping off point every morning.

Needs improvements

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall disappointed in our 12 day stay here. On the plus side... the A/C and wifi work well, there’s plenty of towels and a newer washer / dryer. The complex pool and tennis courts are great. The cons... the place is more dingy than shown in the photos and it needs a deep clean. There are many ant traps throughout the unit, even on the kitchen counters. As soon as we arrived I contacted Knutson about the excessive ant traps and they explained that the ant traps are preventative. We did see some ants, mainly in the kitchen and one bedroom, but not as many as I feared. The patio furniture and bedsheets need to be replaced. New people moved into the unit above ours a few days into our stay. They were heavy walkers and stomped around late at night and early in the morning, ruining our sleep. I spoke to them twice in person and contacted Knutson who apologized for the issue, but it didn’t change. We enjoyed the island but would not stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location. Some maintenance issues need to be addressed: 1. Ice maker not working. 2. Bedroom #2: Fan & light not working. Took 2 days to resolve. Very little room to hang clothes in closet. A bag of dirty rags and lots of "stuff" in closet, a bowl of dried and loose white powder in closet. We threw it away. Cabinet full of several sets of ragged sheets. No room to put clothes. 3. When Knutson was called to fix a bathroom window screen, the repairman did not fix the problem & did something totally unrelated then left the unit unsecured. Sliding door wide open. Not acceptable! Knutson did send another vendor the next day & problem resolved. 3. Toilet in Bathroom 1 not flushing correctly. 4. Kitchen: more dishes needed. Cookie sheets rusted, flatware mismatched. No potholders.

This condo location is spectacular. The views from the lanai are incredible. Even though it rained most of our stay. We’ll be back. Just not in February. 😊 We highly recommend this spot for vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an obvious older resort, but it is very well maintained! The view is spectacular, and the beds were comfortable. Great price for a two bedroom with an amazing view! Unit is air conditioned (being from TX- this was very important to us). We did not use any other resort amenities but did see lots of "kids" around and especially at the tennis courts. We are a family of 4 with young adult children. We sat on the patio every single night to enjoy the sun set. Very peaceful. Would stay here again.

Fabulous view and comfortable condo

Can’t think of anything negative to say! The condo was so perfect that we had a hard time tearing ourselves away to go elsewhere. Comfortable beds and furnishings, well equipped kitchen (except for a cheese grater which they now have😉) and a sunset every night!

Patio and view are fantastic. Condo is small but adequate. Location is conveniebr

Everything was ok except that psd docs has trouble getting through comcast, but mgmt group was very helpful and accommodating
