As you step into the property, the villa reveals its grand size and entertainment possibilities one of which is a great allure - a spectacular waterslide, rivalling a water park in its appeal. It's not just about the slide, though. The waterfall cascading into a pool and a fascinating cave area beneath the waterslide create an unforgettable setting for your vacation fun. There is even on the other side of the pool a mini slide for the really little ones to not get left out of the fun!

We've fitted an outdoor kitchen equipped with a deluxe BBQ, refrigerator and sink, perfect for those who love a good cookout. The outdoors also feature a spacious deck overlooking the pool area, perfect for keeping an eye on the fun below or for mounting the waterslide. A handy outdoor pool bathroom ensures guests won't have to navigate through the house while wet from a swim. Here, you can shower and freshen up right after your pool session.

The indoors are just as enticing as the outdoors. We've taken care to ensure productivity isn't compromised for those who might need it. Large and open kitchen and living area to blend cooking and hanging out together and then a large pool table in the entry room to entertain yourselves! A standalone office on the other side of the interior courtyard provides a quiet and conducive environment for getting some work done with the action just steps away but totally isolated. For entertainment, a separate theater room serves as a haven for movie buffs or gaming enthusiasts. It's a great spot for the kids to play video games or for everyone to gather and watch a movie after a long, fulfilling day.



The thoughtfulness in design extends to the sleeping areas as well. A downstairs Master bedroom, connected bath and massive closet is the only BR downstairs in the main section of the home. Two generously sized upstairs bedrooms each hold four beds, making them ideal for large groups of friends or kids. Between these bedrooms, an adjoining door opens to a large game room. This room is a treasure trove of entertainment with arcade games and a wide array of board games to keep you amused for hours. Down the hallway from those two upstairs bedrooms is a queen sized bedroom which is great for a couple or another group to keep an eye on the large group rooms if needed for the little ones.
