Enter into the center stair foyer and on your left is a large living room with a fireplace, game area and comfy sectional sofa positioned to watch the large flat-screen television next to the picture window with great beach views. The eat-in granite kitchen is fully applianced and also has fantastic beach views. The breakfast area also has picture-perfect views of the beach and yard and seats 8 people.

The first floor is finished with a den/office with a queen pullout sofa and also a full bath with shower. Upstairs there is central air conditioning and three bedrooms with a full bath with tub and shower. The lower level has a game area with foosball and a ping-pong table and a sleeping area with a queen bed and twin daybed. There is a privacy screen that can be set up as needed for the sleeping area. The laundry, which includes a full size washer and drier, is also located on this level. French doors lead to the large yard with a hot & cold outdoor shower, picnic table for alfresco dining, and a gas grill.
