Cozy Cottage in the East End

Cozy cottage nestled in the East End of Provincetown. Enjoy this prime location just under a mile from the center of town. With plenty of shops, restaurants, galleries and activities to enjoy; all within walking distance!

Relax in our newly, fully renovated home complete with private patio. Our home is conveniently located within a ten minute walk from the ferry. Or, if you're traveling by car, there are two dedicated parking spots! Steps away are the convenient East End Market & Cafe, Berta Walker Art Gallery and Provincetown Theatre. Our property is available for year-round occupancy. You're guaranteed a great vacation whether is during the bustling summer months, or the relaxing off season!

Our property has two bedrooms. Both are approximately the same size with queen beds. Bedding and blankets are provided for guests. They feature ceiling fans, individual air conditioning/heating units, and black out curtains to ensure optimal temperature and lighting for sleeping. Both bedrooms also feature Roku tvs, dressers, and hanging space for clothes.

Just outside the bedrooms, you'll find the full bathroom complete with vanity, toilet, and shower. Bath towels are provided for guests. There is also a hair dryer in case you forgot to bring your own.

The living room features a Lay-Z-Boy sofa with a pull-out Tempur-pedic queen mattress. There is extra bedding and blankets should you need them. There is also a Roku tv to stream all of your favorite shows and movies, bluetooth speaker to enjoy some music, and plenty of various board games for a fun night in!

Just off the living room there is a closet with a full washer & dryer. Guests will need to provide their own detergent. An iron, ironing board, broom, and Swifter are also located here in case you need them during your stay.

Our small but mighty kitchen has everything you need if you choose to enjoy some meals at home during your stay. There is a full-size gas oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. There's even a dishwasher so you don't have to spend time doing dishes on your vacation. A large island with barstools provides plenty of counter-space to cook up some great meals and sit and enjoy them once you're ready to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Our property continues outdoors with a private patio area providing more space for you to relax. Enjoy a meal with some friends at the dining table with seating for six. Grill up some burgers or BBQ on the grill, or enjoy an ice cold beverage that you've placed in the beverage cooler. After a nice meal, move over to the outdoor living area with an L-shaped couch with ample seating to relax and enjoy a beverage under the stars.
