For Shore, Sandestin, Baytowne Wharf, voiturette de golf, piscine

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are so thrilled to hear that the house was the perfect fit for your whole group with plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids to spread out and feel comfortable. A fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and spices truly makes such a difference and we love that you got to enjoy the best of both worlds with stay in meals and easy walks to Baytowne Wharf. We are also so glad the golf cart made your beach days so much easier and that everything was nice and clean throughout your stay. We cannot wait to welcome your family back again for another amazing trip!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are so thrilled to hear that we were able to accommodate your early check-in and late check-out, especially with late flights to work around. That kind of flexibility is so important, and we are glad it made your trip that much smoother. Hearing that you had an awesome vacation and would highly recommend us truly means the world to us! Regarding the trash pickup, we do want to clarify that the pickup hours of 6 AM to 10 AM are set by Sandestin Resort's HOA and are unfortunately outside of our control as hosts. We would absolutely love to welcome you and your group back again soon for another 10 out of 10 stay!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad to hear the home looked nice and worked well for your trip overall. We do want to clarify for future guests that the bunk bed area is shown in the listing photos and described as a bunk nook/sleeping space rather than a traditional bedroom without a closet. Regarding the golf cart, the access code is provided once all required documentation and insurance information have been received. In this case, the insurance information was not submitted until after arrival, and your message mentioned that it had been forgotten. After we received the insurance documentation after hours, our receptionist sent the golf cart code as soon as possible. We also appreciate the note about the golf cart maintenance and will make sure it is checked. Thank you again for staying with us!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We would love to host you again in the future.

Hello! We are sorry to hear the stairs were an issue for you, we recommend booking a rental with first floor or elevator access in the future. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re so glad to hear check-in went smoothly and that you enjoyed the kitchen! We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you experienced. That’s certainly not the standard we strive for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could address it during your stay. We’ve also noted the issue with the picture and will make sure it’s properly secured for future guests. Your comments help us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience next time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home comfortable and enjoyed the living spaces, beds, and well-equipped kitchen. We’d like to clarify the smoke detector concern. We did answer your call around 11:30 PM and were able to help determine that the beeping was caused by low batteries. Since this was not a safety emergency and only required a battery replacement, maintenance was scheduled for the following day. After-hours emergency maintenance is reserved for urgent safety or utility issues, and we appreciate your understanding. Regarding household supplies, we provide a starter pack of items such as trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and similar essentials, as clearly stated in the listing description. Guests are expected to purchase additional supplies as needed for longer stays, which is standard practice for vacation rentals. As for the bunk room, it is advertised as a bunk area rather than a traditional bedroom. Based on feedback, we have updated the listing to clearly label this space as a “bunk room” to avoid any confusion moving forward. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify these points, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are so thrilled to hear that the condo was clean, well-stocked, and had everything you needed for a great stay. We love that the golf cart made getting around so effortless, whether it was dinner, the pools, the beach or the grocery store. Being able to leave the car parked the entire trip is truly one of the best perks of the property! We are also so glad that check-in and check-out were a breeze and that any questions were answered quickly and taken care of. Making every part of the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible is always our goal. We would absolutely love to welcome you back again soon!
