This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom premium condo is the perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to seven â and since both bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, itâs also perfect for two couples to share! The living area has a large flat-screen TV, upscale furnishings, and a gas fireplace; itâs a wonderful place to relax after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear youâll need to whip up everything from aprĂšs-ski snacks to full mountain meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining table and two at the counter.
In addition to easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, youâll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - Suite 2: twin-over-queen bunk bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV, love seat. (sleeps 3)
- Living area: queen sofa sleeper. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.
Special Unit Notes â Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski-in, ski-out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
