âą App-based entry: Please download the Village at Breckenridge app prior to arrival. The app is required to access your condo, parking, and all complex amenities. Additional instructions will be provided before check-in.
âą Communal amenities: The Village at Breckenridge offers a newly renovated shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, game room, movie room, fitness room, and community BBQ grills. Amenity availability and hours are set by the building and are outside our control.
âą Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. Itâs operated and maintained by building management; if unavailable for any reason, stairs will be required.
âą WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
âą We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on whatâs included.
