La base de Peak 9 est lĂ  oĂč elle se trouve: l'Ă©cole de ski, les magasins de ski, les restaurants, la vie nocturne, l'ascenseur Quicksilver Super6 et bien plus sont juste devant votre porte. Vous aurez Ă©galement accĂšs aux bains Ă  remous, Ă  la piscine et aux installations d'entraĂźnement du village - et la rue principale de Breck n'est qu'Ă  quelques pas!
Ce condo de luxe spacieux et ensoleillé de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est le refuge idéal sur les pentes pour les familles et les groupes jusqu'à huit personnes. Les vues sur la ville de Breckenridge et les montagnes environnantes sont tout simplement impressionnantes! We arrived at the Penthouse and found everything to be as advertised. The unit was clean and had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent with convenient access to shopping, restaurants and all the activities Breckenridge has to offer.

The Village units are showing their age, however, and this unit is a good example.GOOD* Couches and dining furniture are comfortable and in good shape.* Kitchen and appliances are very good and the area is clean.* Corner location is perfect and has great views.NEUTRAL* The cable and Internet does work well, but Tech (TV's, etc.) are very dated and could use replacement. Bring your own streaming device.NEEDS* Overall the unit needs some refresh, especially with regard to bedding and carpeting. * Bathrooms are old and the fixtures in poor condition (Master bath tub/shower needs a new fixture and the water constantly alternates from Hot to cold)* Bedding/mattresses are in desperate need of replacement.* Carpeting showing age and needs updating.* Advise owners to include at least a small toolkit (screwdriver, etc) so guests can address very small issues if they are not going to update)Overall a decent choice, just know it's an older unit and there are issues as a result.

Spring skiing

We have stayed in the village many times in many different units. We booked this unit because of the great price, location and size of the condo. We had a nice stay. The condo is dated but is comfortable and was fine for our purposes. It also had a nice large outdoor patio with a view of town. The exercise room and pool/hot tubs have been renovated and were awesome. It’s a great location and I’d stay there again.

Great Breck Condo for 4 or More

Excellent location just steps from the Quicksilver chairlift and town. Spacious and well-appointed and comfortable. All appliances and cookware you'll need. Great views in 2 directions.Property management staff is very responsive and helpful over text. The Village App is a nice plus to have a fully virtual check-in process and avoid having to pick up and return physical key cards. We would certainly stay there again.

Bright and convenient

We really enjoyed staying here for our skiing vacation. This unit is comfortable, great windows, and it is very convenient. It's just a few steps from the lift and easy access to Main St.

Best location in Breckenridge

Located in the center of all Breck activities. We parked the car in the garage and didn’t touch it again the entire stay. Everything was a quick walk away. The penthouse was huge! Very clean and comfortable. Great views from the multiple balconies. We will be back!

If only location was everything...

This property was in a very convient location which made slope time so much more plentiful. The check in process is quite poorly managed. There is a front desk at this location which is staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. The glitch, not all properties in the building are managed by these representatives. I would stay in location again but would book directly through Summit Mountain Rentals. This condo is in desperate need of new carpet. The space had an odd odor and the furnishings were quite dated.

Disapponted in several ways

The penthouse condo 3704 had several issues that were disappointing and dirty. The second bedroom electric heat did not work, the 2nd bdrm tub/ shower had loose tile so could not use (both issues reported to mgmnt. There was evidence if previous pot (thc) use with pot trash on indoor window sill and patio. In the main bedrm, there was trash under bed and the tub/shower had mold on tiles and moldy shower curtain.

Kitchen was decently stocked however the utensils, glasses, and bowls were dirty and had to be washed before use. The only pot large enough to make a soup was a metal stock pot that burned the bottom of anything we prepared. The cost to have a decent set of pots would be minimal and would be useful. There were no storage containers with lids so left overs were impossible to store. Only 1 side of the toaster worked. The tvs are not up to date so we couldn’t even stream our own Netflix or other apps. No soundbar and the dvd player didn’t work. Only music player plays cassette tapes which of course we did not have any. Luckily we brought our own portable speaker so we did have tunes. If they had a soundbar for the tv it would have been able to be used for tv and music. Check in was confusing. It wasn’t clear that we didn’t have to go to the office to pick up the card for door and garage so we wasted about an hour trying to figure out how to get in the unit. That being said the location was great. Easy walk to the slopes and to town. FYI the hot tub is in an adjacent building so you have to walk outside or thru the garage to get there. No towels were available when we got to the hot tub. Maybe having 4 robes in the until would be nice so you don’t have to walk in the cold with wet suits. Also a list of recommended restaurants etc... would be a nice touch as well.

Great Location & Views

Great location. Excellent views (2 balconies). Easy check in process. Convenient parking. Don't need a car at all to enjoy all that surrounds you. Only negative was the screen door to the main balcony was off the rails a bit. Totally nit-picking here... Hard to beat! Definitely hope to return!

A wonderful weekend

This was our last weekend on the slopes, and it couldn't be more that it actually was. The apartment was just perfect. 70 yard from the lift, same distance from Main street. Hopefully we will stay there again next year.
