Island Echos 7P: Recently remodeled Bright coastal condo on the beach

Breathtaking views of the Gulf from the balcony of this top floor end unit. Beautiful white sands and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico await. You will have an updated kitchen and dining area for four. The building is situated directly on the beach with no roads to cross. Parking is plentiful and convenient. There are two elevators on site to carry you up to the top floor. Easy access to attractions such as Oakaloosa Pier, boat rentals, Gulfarium, Crab Island, and downtown Fort Walton. Beach chairs will be provided from March through October.

View from the balcony is outstanding. Able to see up and down the beach for miles. Place is very clean. Decor just right and not overwhelming. Kitchen fully functional with the necessities needed. Plenty of towels/wash cloths/hand towels.Property owner communication is probably the best I have ever had.Area was quiet, peaceful, but close enough to Destin for more activities if needed.

This condo and property was perfect for our quick 17th Anniversary Getaway. We enjoyed the privacy of being in this top-floor, end unit. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the beach was beautiful!

Great place! Great location! The only thing that could be improved is the mattress. Also a/c will come on so abruptly at night. It might startle you if you’re a light sleeper, but other than that 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Loved my stay

Loved the condo was perfect for a nice anniversary getaway ! The only thing was the bed wasn’t comfortable at all . The mattress seemed to be worn out in my opinion but other than that everything was wonderful! Loved the cute decor and the balcony was perfect views ! Thanks for sharing !

Ideal Beach Getaway

The building and unit are clean. The rear facing balcony allows you to see and enjoy the ocean regardless of weather and is nice and private. Location couldn't be better, and the beach is very clean.

Nice condo

Condo was very nice. Beautiful views from both sides. Very clean and up to date with newer appliances, coffee maker and phone charging station. Bed was comfortable Only 2 minor things to improve. Only one towel was provided but we made due with our towels. And the the AC unit was right next to the bedroom. When it kicked on it was very loud.

Great condo, Great view!

We have stayed at Island Echoes several times. You just can’t beat the view from the balcony, the included umbrella/chairs on the beach, etc. we would definitely stay here again! One thing I would note for anyone staying here
.you have to get your beach towels down on some chairs EARLY
.like 7:30-8:00. They were doing something new this year where several setups in the front very center had pink tags on them
.those were $15 to rent for the day. If you didn’t get your stuff down there early to one of the other setups you ran the risk of having to sit in the second row
.which meant you had all those chairs and umbrellas obstructing your view!!!

Great view from the balcony and easy walk to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Chairs and umbrellas were out and ready for us every morning. Definitely hope this condo is available the next time we come.

Beautiful beachfront!

Ookaloosa Island is a beautiful area! Stunning beach, sunrises and sunsets! The condo is located right on this perfect stretch of beach! Amazing location. The condo was very clean. I have to mention that the AC/furnace unit was extremely loud and in the bedroom so we ended up turning it off completely- but we could because the weather was not too hot. The host was very nice and responsive. We were here for the beach and it didn’t disappoint! The Emerald Coast is unforgettable!
