Guests will never want to leave this upgraded Gulf-front paradise! From the laid-back vibes of Aqua Villa to the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and local activities, this is the ideal spot for your trip to the Emerald Coast.
This apartment is on the 3rd level of the Aqua Villa condominium, which contains only 24 units on four floors and includes an elevator. The renovation of the exterior of the building and replacement of elevator is complete. The private balcony and the large window in the living room have spectacular emerald beach views.
Beach service included during the season - March through October. Which means, two chairs and an umbrella will be setup on the beach ready for you every day during your stay in our condo!
We've got the sand, the vistas, and everything you'll need to enjoy your beach days; all you need to bring is yourself!

Great beach location!

It was nice to be off the beaten path a little. Beach wasn’t crowded and the provided beach service was a huge plus! Pool is right off the ocean to cool off before heading back inside. We stayed here a few nights before going to Rosemary Beach. I would stay here again. Nice corner unit with a balcony.

Views from this condo are spectacular! Waking up and just walking out to the beach, PERFECT! The unit included 2 chairs and an umbrella which was set up by 9 a.m. daily. Pick up was at 5 p.m. My son and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Because you are staying on the beach, there will be sand! Luckily the unit owners provide brooms and dust pans, plus a vacuum cleaner. The stay was definitely worth the price paid!

The property was relatively easy to find with a gorgeous view from the front and from the private balcony. The property manager was very attentive and answered every phone call and question that we had in a very timely manner. It gave us a true vacation experience being able to walk directly out onto the beach. The property was very quiet with no excessive noise. Our property manager was kind enough to include beach chair and umbrella rental so we didn’t have to pay an additional fee each day. Overall outstanding and wonderful vacation experience. Will definitely be booking here again.

Very nice. Only complaints would be a chair or recliner in livingroom would of been nice. Completely beach chairs were told to us it was first come first serve. And they only had 5 sets sat out so we got one alittle later after one opened up. But everything else was great

Host was responsive and quickly responded after we checked in and discovered the unit wasn’t as advertised. It’s a great location but there was grime throughout where the unit hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Ended up asking for a refund and moving to another property the next day due to mold being present around air returns. It’s not fancy but it could be much better if it was deep cleaned and cleaned better between guests.

The entire condo was disgusting! Needs a good deep cleaning and lots of repairs. Peeling paint, ceiling tiles damaged, mold. Mold in air vents and ceiling, causing my son, allergic to mold requiring antihistamines hours after arriving. Furniture pictured in the listing not what was in the unit. The cracks in between the couch cushions was full of same and had candy wrappers and trash. Would have been nice to have additional seating in the living room. The only complaint about the kitchen is that a sponge or dish rag wasn’t provided. Had everything we needed as far as dishes/untensils. Appliances and were newer. Beds were uncomfortable. Closet doors were broken in bedroom so difficult to open and close. Bathrooms had limited space for storage and no towel hooks to hang towels, really inconvenient since there aren’t many towels provided and no washer/dryer in the unit. Curtains in den weren’t attached in good places to completely close. They were sheer and not enough to block for light or privacy. The location of the condo was in a great location with good views. The facility is pet friendly but signs say pets aren’t allowed on pool deck or lawns. However someone decided to have the gates on the sides locked which meant that every had to walkPets across the pool deck to get to the only other entrance to the front. There is a set of stairs right outside the unit and was convenient to go down and walk thru the gate to the assigned parking, that is until the gate was locked

The location is what you’re paying for! The 2 chairs/umbrella and corner beach view is the best part of this. We received check-in instructions at 10:44am CST day of check-in. We drove 8 hours and took almost 2 hours to gain access. Host knew the door keypad was having issues but obviously opted not to correct prior to our arrival. Took us contacting VRBO phone number as only number to call, then conferenced us in with a female host. The host said maintenance would come up which Ty did and he was great. I requested a phone number for actual hist, called and received a male this time. He continued to say, “use the keypad to the right of the door. I asked him if he was the same person I had just spoken to? The code is NOT working on either the keypad nor the key box!” Again, he says the same do I FaceTime him and even with the maintenance man AND at this point property manager,Jacky, who is amazing too, shows up. After a few minutes she goes to see if she has a key and luckily does OR else we would have been stranded with a Walmart delivery order about to arrive! Host sent me check-in instructions after we were en route day of with pdf parking passes which I contacted and he said they were in “the Blue folder inside unit.” They are NOT in the folder. There are also ZERO extra linens/blankets in the unit so bring blankets or sheets. The couch/barstools were different from posted pictures. The exterior lighting is non existent. The side gates are padlocked so only one way in/out
Only one entrance in/out and no pet area
The actual unit keypad/door were completely different than host sent leading us to think we were at the incorrect unit since we were unable to gain access to said unit

A million dollar view!!

We have stayed at various Aqua Villa units over the last 8 years and this unit is the best! Very clean well stocked unit with a nice balcony to watch the sunset or just relax. Excellent communication with the owner and we will most definitely be back to this unit again!

We loved the condo. It was everything we needed and more. The location was in the perfect place on the beach. The entire facility was really nice. Being able to have our family pet with us made it even better.
