Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay. Good view of the gulf from the balcony. Watched a bunch of dolphins one of the mornings. The pool is right over the balcony so it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids if needed. The condo was actually ready 2-3 hours early. We weren’t in town yet but it was still a nice gesture. Overall it was a nice place on a somewhat chill island

Fantastic Unit!

I just completed a very relaxing four days at this property. The view is wonderful and the unit was very comfortable. I had everything I needed made available by the condo owners which was much appreciated. The master bed was super comfortable and the staff located on the property were very helpful and friendly- especially “mister Al”. The pool was spotless and beach access very convenient. Lots of parking was available and I greatly appreciated the carts for transporting my belongings! Seamless rental- Would gladly stay here again!

Great beach condo

Condo was clean. Great location! Perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids. Walk to beach was the shortest we’ve ever had. Beaches were beautiful and free condo chairs were a plus! Our girls also enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking—rentals were right in front of condo!

The rental unit was clean and well kept. The only issue was a broken leg on one of the chairs for the dining table. We discovered it on our first full day and reported such to Brooks & Shorey via a phone call. The only property issue was one of the elevators was not working. Wait times were longer but not significant. I would recommend this management firm and property.
