- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed. The Regal Palms Resort also features community security cameras throughout the property for guest safety
- NOTE: This property doesn’t require stairs to access, however, some bedrooms are located on the second floor which is only accessible by stairs. This may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- NOTE: Essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags will be provided when you first arrive at the property, but these items will not be restocked if you run out during your stay and you will be responsible for purchasing any extra essentials you may need
- Trash to be removed at end of stay. TRASH BAGS ONLY IN TRASH BIN IN BACKYARD of property.
- Pets to not be out with no leash and please pick up after them.
-There are 2 parking spaces at the townhome driveway. No parking allowed on the street & on grass. unless a parking pass is requested at the club house for a daily pass.
