Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the ability to rent our golf carts on site. Pool area was nice and clean. Unit #7 was filthy. We entered and took our shoes off not 5 minutes after walking around the bottoms of our feet were black from the dirty floors. Washing machine didn’t work, dishwasher didn’t work, sink faucet was loose. Carpets stained. Check in was very easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: although there was an odd odor in the stairwell and within our rental unit, my family was so relieved by our housing choice while on PIB. Found it slightly inconvenient for golf cart rentals to be ONLY through the Island Club office.. but the gentleman manning the golf carts on the island was eager to have our cart ready as soon as we placed rental over the phone. LOVED the access to grill and outside seating and available seating by the pool! The pool did have bird and bug debris, but the overall area was decently well kept. Loved the location of condo, quiet, away from town, but close enough to ferry and quick drive to the restaurants in town. The employee who booked our stay, Ari, helped me navigate rental process easily. THANK YOU ISLAND CLUB RENTALS.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would rate the experience at the condo as very average. There are several simple things that could be done to allow the guest to have an above average stay. The lamp shade on one of the bedrooms was broken. That is a simple fix. Several lights bulbs were out. A shower curtain instead of a cheap liner would be a nice touch in the bathrooms. Our ice machine in the freezer did not produce ice. I called the number for “Dottie” and left a message and I also left a text asking them if there was an ice machine on the premises. I did not hear back from her. I left the condo number and my cell number for her. There was no ice so I bought two bags for our trip. That took up most of the space in the freezer. There were stains on the bedroom carpet in both bedrooms. Cleaning the carpet should be a regular maintenance, especially if it is dirty. Your condo has the potential to be a really great place to stay, however it lacks several simple fixes and therefor a below to average experience.

Went for a 3 night girls trip - expectations and communication was great with management. Ordered a golf cart through them and they delivered it to the condo. Pool area was perfect. The carpet in the bedrooms were highly stained and dirty but overall good stay will stay again

Fun!

My 5 friends and I stayed at the pool view side of the condos. It was beautiful and fun. The condo itself was clean and we had great communication with the employees. They provided information for taxis and were very helpful. Will be staying there again.

Nightmare

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: The room was absolutely filthy, our white socks were black after walking around in the condo. We had to sweep and mop the room before we could take off our shoes. The bedroom carpets were completely stained up. The sinks in both bathrooms were plugged with hair. We called the front desk with issues as soon as we got there. They told us things would be fixed as soon as they could get ahold of maintenance. The next day we asked Bob, the maintenance guy if he was notified of our requests. He said he had not heard a word from anyone. Also we had 4 light bulbs burned out that one of our neighbors gave us some of their extras. The landing was completely stained outside our room. We got there on a Sunday and on Thursday they mopped the landing. Needless to say, not a very good experience.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two notable things. When we arrived, the unit wreaked of marijuana. Despite some cleaning of the facility prior to entering the unit, I constantly felt “dirty.” Also, the ice maker didn’t work, which was problematic. I knew that this place would not be a luxury hotel experience and certainly understand certain amenities will not be available but the two specifically names items are unacceptable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we weren't sure where our room was but someone that was cleaning the pool area pointed us in the right direction! The condo is cute & serves its purpose. There were a few broken things that we discovered when we arrived so we sent pictures to Dottie so she knew about them. The floor could of been cleaner since our feet would be black if we walked around barefoot. Overall it was a nice stay. I would recommend the pool staying open until at least 9pm though instead of closing at 7 ;)

Upon arriving the condo was in great shape, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to rent golf carts from them for a great price. Overall the island club staff made our stay great. I am sure any of their properties would be comfortable.
