À quelle fréquence pouvez-vous planifier un week-end de fête avec vos amis ou de petites vacances en famille sur une île entourée d'eau? Il n'y a pas d'autres locations sur Put-in-Bay avec une vue aussi impressionnante et étendue sur l'eau que vous pourrez vous détendre sur votre pont arrière. Cette belle unité réside sur certains des biens immobiliers les plus prestigieux du lac Érié. Il s'agit de la plus récente unité construite sur Put-In-Bay, ouverte en juillet 2016.

Cette unité de niveau inférieur a une chambre avec 2 lits queen, une salle de bain complète moderne, une grande terrasse au bord du lac, et peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes en utilisant le canapé-lit gigogne. Great get away

My husband & I were looking for somewhere to hang out in between events & this definitely worked. Lots of things to see, lots of places to eat & listen to music. The condo is in a perfect location. We loved sitting on the deck llooking at the water

Great time at Put in Bay

Room was clean. Pool area was great. I recommend this place. It was very relaxing. It got a little loud at night with the people staying above us but other than that we had a great time

Great Weekend Getaway

Very nice property right on the water. Great views. Big kitchen for just a one bedroom. Very clean and updated. Pool is nice. Centrally located right next to the airport. Would return again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is lovely and the lakefront patios cannot be beat. Were it not for the loud, drunk, inconsiderate neighbors on both sides, it would have been a perfect stay. Quiet times are posted, but clearly not enforced.

Could have been better

Stock the kitchen with pots and pans, buy decent paper towels and toilet paper, provide paper napkins, and clean the bugs out of the overhead light fixtures in the unit. The maintenance worker that walked into the unit without knocking is a whole other story...

Just okay at best!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe that this was a beach front. It is a water front, but no beach. I purchased things to go on the beach, that I couldn't us. I purchased towels and sheets, because the website said they wouldn't be provided. When I arrive there was both in the unit. The sink and toilet was backed up to the point that I couldn't turn on the water to wash my hands without the sink overflowing. We travel monthly, but I'll go back to Put in Bay. We loved Put in Bay, but not this property. Bill was great.

Beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, neat condo with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. The only reason it's a 4 and not 5 is that we would have liked to have more cookware in the kitchen -- I had to get creative to prepare a meal. A coffee table or dining table would have also been nice since I was feeding 6 people (the deck has a large table, but the day was hot so we ate indoors). However, these are small things -- the unit was very clean, staff was polite and helpful, and the view was spectacular. We were in Put In Bay because our daughter's band was playing at Frosty's, and it was a great excuse to visit somewhere new while watching our daughter perform. The people of the island were friendly, and the place itself is charming. We really enjoyed the trolley tour around the island as well as the Perry Memorial, waterfront park and restaurants. The venue owners and patrons also treat the bands very well (not always the case in other locations). Fun long weekend which I would highly recommend.

Very Good Condo

Almost everything about this property is excellent and we would stay here again. In addition to the default categories rated above, the size of the condo is great and the furniture/appliances are well maintained. Also, although not mentioned in the condo description we read, the unit included a washer and dryer. From our perspective, the only two (potential) drawbacks for some people might be the proximity to the small, local airport and the somewhat thin walls and ceiling. The airport allows arrivals and departures only during the day, and there weren't many planes arriving or leaving during our stay, so it was easy for us to ignore/grow accustomed to the occasional plane noise, but some people might not appreciate the situation. Additionally, the walls are thin enough that louder music and shouting carries into the condo, and the insulation between floors is thin enough that furniture being moved around, dancing, and "heavy walking" in the unit above the condo may be annoying. Again, noise isn't/wasn't a deal breaker for us and we would stay here again, but we think people should be aware of the potential noise when considering staying in the complex.
