Il n'y a pas d'autres locations sur Put-in-Bay avec une vue aussi impressionnante et étendue sur l'eau que vous pourrez vous détendre sur votre pont arrière. Cette belle unité réside sur certains des biens immobiliers les plus prestigieux du lac Érié. Il s'agit de la plus récente unité construite sur Put-In-Bay, ouverte en juillet 2016.

Cette unité de niveau inférieur a une chambre avec 2 lits queen, une salle de bain complète moderne, une grande terrasse au bord du lac, et peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes en utilisant le canapé-lit gigogne. From the moment we walked in, we were so impressed with how very clean and welcoming the space was. It's clear the owners take great pride in making it a very nice place for guests.Loved the balcony-Great views of Lake Erie, only suggestion would be make the beach area more inviting, clean it up, put some firepits out there, easy access to get down to the beach-I know this may be difficult as water rises but build it up? 1 other suggestion-since this was used to sleep 4 people, would be great to turn the laundry room into a half bath. Other than that, everything else was great! Loved the pool area and grills, and patio areas. Thanks!

Cleaning staff a little sketchy...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 nights/ 3 days in PIB; Condo was clean, well stocked and the view was great! Bobby was great! The bad part: Someone entered our condo while we were napping then left after they realized we were there before we could see them. After that occurred, I put a chair in front of the door.Additionally, the cleaning staff came 6 minutes early before check out time. They just came in, didn't knock or ring bell. That bothered me...they were early and started to come in! We were gathering up our last few items and felt rushed even though the condo was NOT booked for the same day...I would have rated the stay 5 stars but did not appreciate them entering the condo without making sure it was vacated plus not sure who entered without our permission the day before. They hire exchange students who may not understand or care about privacy and security in the US? I didn't report the incident the day before because I wasn't 100% certain someone came in. I was sleeping and groggy when I heard the code sound so I doubted myself but when they attempted to come in on the check out day without knocking I knew it wasn't my imagination.

Great get away

My husband & I were looking for somewhere to hang out in between events & this definitely worked. Lots of things to see, lots of places to eat & listen to music. The condo is in a perfect location. We loved sitting on the deck llooking at the water

Room was clean. Pool area was great. I recommend this place. It was very relaxing. It got a little loud at night with the people staying above us but other than that we had a great time

Eclipse Stay

Our stay to view the eclipse was such a great experience, and we got engaged!! The VRBO was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We wish there would have been an earlier check in time, but 4pm is standard for most hotels so it was understandable. Also, the garbage disposal was broken and everytime we used the dishwasher food backed up in the sink from previous renters. We called and let maintenance know. Otherwise it was a perfect stay with a fantastic view. Would stay again.

Very Good Condo

Almost everything about this property is excellent and we would stay here again. In addition to the default categories rated above, the size of the condo is great and the furniture/appliances are well maintained. Also, although not mentioned in the condo description we read, the unit included a washer and dryer. From our perspective, the only two (potential) drawbacks for some people might be the proximity to the small, local airport and the somewhat thin walls and ceiling. The airport allows arrivals and departures only during the day, and there weren't many planes arriving or leaving during our stay, so it was easy for us to ignore/grow accustomed to the occasional plane noise, but some people might not appreciate the situation. Additionally, the walls are thin enough that louder music and shouting carries into the condo, and the insulation between floors is thin enough that furniture being moved around, dancing, and "heavy walking" in the unit above the condo may be annoying. Again, noise isn't/wasn't a deal breaker for us and we would stay here again, but we think people should be aware of the potential noise when considering staying in the complex.

Great Weekend Getaway

Very nice property right on the water. Great views. Big kitchen for just a one bedroom. Very clean and updated. Pool is nice. Centrally located right next to the airport. Would return again.

Could have been better

Stock the kitchen with pots and pans, buy decent paper towels and toilet paper, provide paper napkins, and clean the bugs out of the overhead light fixtures in the unit. The maintenance worker that walked into the unit without knocking is a whole other story...

Just okay at best!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe that this was a beach front. It is a water front, but no beach. I purchased things to go on the beach, that I couldn't us. I purchased towels and sheets, because the website said they wouldn't be provided. When I arrive there was both in the unit. The sink and toilet was backed up to the point that I couldn't turn on the water to wash my hands without the sink overflowing. We travel monthly, but I'll go back to Put in Bay. We loved Put in Bay, but not this property. Bill was great.

Easy check in and out, Place is larger then it looks in photo’s. Screen doors we not functioning, but there is AC, so it wasn’t a problem! Deck is very large with an excellent sunrise view of the lake!
